I would highly recommend working with KU Realty. They took care of every step of our home buying process. They negotiated directly with the sellers, coordinated with our closing attorneys, even went and handled a due diligence deposit refund that we needed to get back from a would-be seller. Their home inspector Steve is very thorough. If there are any problems he will find them and he is affordable. I want to highlight the team effort. We had like 5 different people from KU caring for us. You can't beat that. I also want to thank Shauna Wreh who was our direct agent. She is legit. She knows her stuff and I felt that it didn't matter what time or what day she was dedicated to putting us in our home. To be quick, she called us on Christmas eve and asked if we were able to go see a newly listed home. You don't get this kind of service everywhere!
