Publix Pharmacy at McAlister Square

We love our Publix Pharmacy, Trey and all the pharmacy staff are always attentive and very nice.

Wow... Refreshing. Customer service does exist. Called the store and asked if they had a brisket for a bar-b-q that we were having. Bernie said he had a good selection. I said I'll be there in 5 min. When I arrived and went back to the meat selection it was busy busy there. Bernie was standing there with two briskets on a cart and I walked up and asked where those briskets and he said yes, take your pick. Awesome service.

Best pharmacy ever. Make customers their first priority also very polite. Would recommend others

There is no self check out. All the lines were long. I only had a few items and several people in the 10 or less line had much more than 10.

I am so sick of attempting to deal with this pharmacy that I want to vomit. Prescription refills get lost all the time, EVERY employee's explanation is different and doesn't make any sense, and with maybe one exception, the customer service is terrible. If I could afford to switch every single prescription I had to somewhere else, I would do it in a heartbeat. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PROTECTING YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL HEALTH.

The absolute worst.

This is the worst Publix pharmacy in the Greenville and Spartanburg area. They are extremely slow and the majority of the staff is rude. There are always issues at this pharmacy which I do not have with other Publix pharmacies. The grocery store is great. This is a far inferior pharmacy compared to the other Publix locations.

I have not had a good experience here yet. The pharmacy staff aren’t friendly & aren’t helpful. Every time I go, there’s a problem. They take hours/days to fill my prescriptions and the app is misleading. If you use Publix pharmacy just go to a different location, this one is not it.

There was a dollar off coupon advertised next to the oat milk that stated it was in the flyer. It was nowhere to be found in the flyer that I got from the front of the store and the clerk refused to honor the posted deal. I will not be coming back here for this type of service. Where is the ‘we will honor it’ Publix?
