This was Champs first visit to the Vet. He got sick from the car ride, and the staff didn’t freak out. They cleaned up the mess, and then told us he was eating the cedar shavings. But he was very playful and full of energy, which included him eating though his leash. We had to borrow a slip leash to get him out to the car. The staff was wonderful and provided a lot of information and options to think about.

At the last minute I realized I forgot to get my cat carrier back from a friend and had to improvise with a box. With two rambunctious preschoolers, we made it to our kitten's well check on time, but flustered. The front desk staff was so kinda and non-judgemental. The student vet tech even helped to entertain my children while the other staff member filled out my paperwork as a first time patient. The veterinarian was also so kind and laid back. He answered all of my questions and showed extra care with our little guy receiving boosters. Thank you for a great experience!

First class, all the way from the front desk, to the techs, to the vet. My black lab, Tater, was a little rambunctious going in for his annual wellness checkup and update his shots earlier this week. They all realized that he is a good boy but just didn't want to fully cooperate, which makes it tough when he weighs a little over 100 lbs. They were patient with him as they always are and completed all the necessary tests and shots. I actually switched to Lenoir Veterinary a little over a year ago when Tater got sick from a camping trip and our normal vet (where we had taken our pets for the past 15 years) could not see him because their "computers were down". I called Lenoir Veterinary and they took him right in, diagnosed his problem and put him on medication that took care of his problem. The vet actually sat on the floor with Tater to make him feel comfortable. They love animals here and the animals react accordingly. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lenoir Veterinary Hospital. My dog is family and I have complete confidence in LVH for his care!

My precious poodle lost control of back legs in a freak jump and hurt his back. I was crushed looking at carriers and wheelchairs. Dr. Dan started acupuncture and he is 90 % and spoiled rotten. Thank you Dr. Dan and Renita for your love and care of my baby.

I had something of an emergency while caring for my son’s dog away from my home and his. They worked us in right away and took care of us efficiently. Everyone was very nice. I was so grateful that they addressed the problem at hand in a way that was very easy for me and the dog, even though we were not established clients and they knew we would not likely become regulars.

Doctor Dan is the best. He has been my baby's doctor for more than 15 years. He always charges. Reasonable prices makes alternate. Suggestions if I can't afford something in. That means a lot to me. Because I love my babies more than anything in the world.
Good job, Lenoir, vet

Very impressed with the size of the waiting room for starters. Everyone...from the front desk, to the vet techs, to the doctor, was so nice and gentle with my dog. He is nervous and skiddish around new people, and he loved them all. Our prior vet muzzled him as soon as he walked in the door. Dr Jones was very informative and really made me feel comfortable with the decisions being made for my dog.

Dr. Moore was amazing! I have three animals and am fighting fleas. He gave us expert advice and was never condescending with any questions we had. You can tell by how gentle and loving he and his team are that they truly love animals and want the best for them. Everyone there from the receptionist to the techs to the doctor made the experience easy and enjoyable for all the animals and for us. Thank you very much for your expert love and care!! ❤

What a GREAT group of people. My dog is not a great patient. Four people worked patiently for a half hour to coax a vial of blood out of him for lab work. The phlebotomist was skillful and calm and all the techs were spot on in handling my anxious dog and his owner. He was diagnosed with osteosarcoma five years ago and
Dr. Dan has kept him healthy way beyond what we considered to be his life expectancy with carefully selected medication and supplements. If you love your pets, this is the only place to take them.

Dr. Robin is amazing, very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and didn’t mind that my pup was terrified of them, they took the time and earned his trust. Thank you!

Dr. Dan took care of my fur baby. She couldn’t stand or walk. Gave her a couple acupuncture treatments. And she’s doing good. She’s standing and walking again. I’ve been going to them for years. The best place to take your babies.

Wasn't sure what was wrong with my cat, the doctor came in, examined Butterscotch and decided we didn't need to do an X-Ray as it wasn't as serious as I thought it might be. They are always so nice and allowed me to add a nail trim as well. The staff is awesome and understand how upsetting these visits are to both the parent and the pet. Thanks for your great patient services and care!!

Dr. Brock and staff were great with my primate. So hard to find promatologists. Well worth the 4 hr. drive one way.

This place has been phenomenal! Dr. Jones has went above and beyond to try and help us. We are still in the process of treating my shihtzu for a spinal cord injury with hopes that she will be healed. He has been very transparent with us and not all about the money. He truly cares about the animals and his profession. Thank you!
