I wanted a NuCamp TAG for my daughter. I emailed Bumgarner after finding what we wanted on their website. I received a quick reply with a great price. I was especially pleased they didn’t tack on a lot of extra fees. A phone call was all it took to get my questions answered and to give a deposit. Drove 700 miles to pick it up. Shannon handled the paperwork and Zach gave us a thorough walk thru. Very pleased with their actions and customer service attitudes. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again.

We all know manufacturers are not perfect and their equipment breaks. The dealer is left to manage the satisfaction with the client. This is where Bumgarner shines. The staff at Bumgarner Camping are second to none! My husband and I drove three hours to pick up our new camper there. The person there went over every inch of the camper with us and explained everything in detail. There was a small dent in the door. The person going over our camper sent the office person a picture of the dent from his phone. The office person came out and said a new door panel would be sent to our home! They are friendly, explained things, and treated us like family! Definitely recommend them for good, old-fashioned friendly customer service. Great people!

We needed a small minor warranty issue addressed with our camper. I called and spoke with Preston the Service Advisor and he was able to get us in very fast early in the next morning and immediately address our concern. Darrell the tech that performed the work on our camper did an outstanding job. He assessed the problem and corrected the issue quickly.
I just want to thank both Preston and Darrell for getting us squared away so efficiently and professionally. We are able to continue with our plans for next week thanks to excellent service by Bumgarner staff. I also want to compliment how clean and neat they were while working on our camper. Just a great experience all the way around. I would give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could. Thank you again gents.

Very happy with our experience! We had first stopped at a large RV company while out of town and did not have a good experience at the big chain place because they are too overwhelmed to take care of the customers! Bumgarner’s was very hometown friendly and helpful! Shop local and give to local business! Lesson learned. Thank you Bumgarner RV for all your help! We just bought our travel trailer from Bumgarner, and from start to finish we had an absolutely delightful experience. My wife and I had visited several dealers in the greater Charlotte area, and with a couple exceptions did not have the greatest experiences. Everything was all about high prices, hidden fees, and hard sell. Bumgarner is the exact opposite! We met with Larry, who was knowledgeable and really nice to deal with. He gave us ZERO hard sell, and in fact seemed a little surprised that we were ready to make a decision on our first visit. (He didn't know we'd had so many bad experiences at other dealers.) Bumgarner has a really great selection and had just what we wanted in stock - Geo Pro 19FD. And let me repeat, no exorbitant document fees or other hidden fees! When we picked up the RV Darryl gave us a really good overview of how everything worked, and when we got home and set it up everything worked exactly as expected. Really, really happy with the entire experience from end to end. Happy to recommend this great dealer.

Great prices on campers. No hassle pricing. They made it very easy to purchase. Very helpful in teaching us to set up our camper. Gave us tips to make it easy. It was worth the drive to get the price and the help we received.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of campers on site.
They invited us to the RV show in Charlotte where not only did we get to speak to the salesmen, but also a mechanic that gave us alot of insight on how they can customize a camper to better fit our needs. Although we won't be buying a camper for a few months, we're already sold on going back to Bumgarner's to make our purchase.
