Autoworld of Lenoir

This is more of a long term review. Back in July 2022, I was looking to get a low mileage Smart car to zip around the city. At the time, there were not many of them listed for sale in NC or nearby, so after a lot of research I settled on 3 dealers and planned out a Saturday with my family to go look at them. After the 1st dealer tried selling us a lemon that we turned down, we traveled about 1 - 2 hours to AutoWorld since they were about to close and the 3rd dealer's Smart didn't look too convincing judging from the photos and previous Carfax history.

Plenty of cool classic cars and trucks on display. The people here have been so calm and honest, they did not try to rush or push a sale on us. We were able to scan the car for codes, check the oil and fluid levels, etc. without any pressure. They even let us test drive the car without their company, overall a very relaxed and smooth experience. They had two lovely looking dogs to boot!

They have been very patient with us even after we were past closing hours, we bought the little Smart car in cash. Pricing did not have any smoke and mirrors, what you see on their website is what you pay.

The pocket rocket has since been a reliable grocery-getter, and I have given it some love in the form of maintenance and some sick new wheels and tires. I also recommended this dealer to my brother, who purchased a White Hyundai here a few months back and is also very happy.

I needed to upgrade my f250 to the next size up to tow my 5th wheel RV. I had shopped around a lot online and the dealers locally. Autoworld treated me like family from the first time I stepped through the door. I had a little bit of a complicated situation and they were forthright, communicative, and friendly with every interaction. I never felt like I was talking to a salesman. They worked through all of my concerns and gave me a good value on my trade. As I spent a few visits working with them I could see they were a family and treated every customer the same. I feel very lucky in finding a business that operates this way as so many do not these days. Can't say enough good things. Thank you so much!

Amazing experience. Brent was so helpful, he got me good rates as a first time buyer and worked with my down payment. I walked in, went for a test drive, put in a credit application, got approved the same day and was able to leave with my new 2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8! I love it so much and I’ll definitely return in the future. 100% recommend, they don’t rip you off and I left very happy with my purchase.

My family is very happy with our vehicle recently purchased from Autoworld of Lenoir. The customer service is great and very welcoming. They treat you like an actual hardworking customer, as opposed to a lot of the big dealers who just see you as a number. We highly recommend them and Kirby was great to work with. We would definitely buy another vehicle here in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

I just want to start by saying it’s hard to find honest people in business so I want to start by also saying I’ve seen the negative reviews and I’ve added it up it’s not because of this company selling you hopes and dreams they are very honest and upfront they are very helpful and fair as well!! With that being said my husband and I bought a car and three days later an unexpected, undetectable situation happened and they fixed this serious problem not only in a professional and honest manner but QUICKLY THAN ANY DEALER. AND AT NO COST AND THE CAR IS BETTER THAN WHEN WE BOUGHT IT GOD IS GOOD AND THIS COMPANY AND THE STAFF DEFINITELY HAVE FAITH AND LOVE FOR THERE CLIENTS AND WILL DO ANYTHING THEY CAN TO MAKE ANY WRONGS RIGHT AND COMFORT YOU IN THE ENTIRE PROCESS! I bought a beautiful 2013 X5 diesel from Brent about a month ago. I waited to do this review because I wanted to drive it a while & have my mechanic (who specializes in BMWs) look it over 1st. Do you know what he said? "This is in amazing shape . . .you stole this car!"

I love my X5, & I love the way Brent treated me. He was authentic, helpful, kind. He recommended a couple places for an inspection, & the place I chose was equally professional & fair. No games, nothing hidden. I had been to several other dealerships, & especially as a female, I was appalled by the condescension & indifference.

This trend of "Best Fair Price" is beyond frustrating. I drove 2 hours to look at a car, had it inspected, told the salesman one of the tires was damaged. He replied "There's nothing I can do for you . . .you'll be fine . . .if not, towing isn't a big deal." This was the day before Easter.

Brent, in stark contrast, worked with me.

In closing, the folks at Autoworld are truly exceptional. I've never used the word integrity in conjunction with a dealership before . . .but I will now! Thanks guys!!

I bought 2 vehicles from here and they have excellent customer service. I had some personal stuff come up and I took the car back a few months later and they gave me a more than fair price to buy the car back.

I came in to look at a Suburban here and these guys were great. They worked with me to get bank financing through the banks they have on site. Everything was taken care of there. They had me set up with their banks and a local insurance agent. I did nothing except sign papers which took less than 10 minutes start to finish. Literally the easiest experience I've ever had with a car dealer. Very down to earth place.

Autoworld of Lenoir is THE place to buy your next premium pre-owned truck or car. They have a great selection of gas and diesel trucks, as that is their specialty. They are very professional and the best part is, they do all the work for you! Tags, financing, inspections, detailing. Just show up with enough cash for a down payment and drive away with your awesome new truck!
I got in contact with Brent back in May, letting him know I was on the lookout for a new truck, because my old 2000 F-150 had plenty of miles on it. Come July, my truck was starting to show its age and have multiple minor issues. I saw an opening in my schedule that would allow me to drive up there from Harkers Island, and Brent had a nice lineup of trucks for which he got me pre-approved for. The next evening I was in Lenoir with a down payment and drove home with my new truck (2011 F-150 Lariat) and I couldn't be happier. Worth the 6 hr drive. I would recommend them to anyone and will be buying my next truck from Autoworld of Lenoir, no doubt!

1st class operation from stem to stern. The folks at Autoworld were easily accessible and very up front about all matters we discussed. The vehicle I was interested in checked out to be a terrific truck and I couldn't be more pleased.
