Denver Mini Storage is the best small business! Mr. Jeff is a good man with a kind heart. The moving truck is a great bonus. The next time I need a storage unit I will definitely use Denver Mini Storage!

I kept my storage unit here for over a year and never had any issues! Jeff is a great guy and will do anything he can to help you out. He is kind and professional and always made me feel as though my business was appreciated!

The storage units were well kept (I paid for indoor climate control) and very secure!
The monthly rate was great and the best part was having the moving truck at their location available to use, as it saved me a lot of money moving out of the unit! I would highly recommend Denver Mini storage! I don't think I could have asked for a better storage experience.

This is the Best Storage Facility! I have had a unit there since 2002. It's always clean, safe, and always accessible! Jeff is the Best! Always helpful and kind. He even provides a truck, you can use to move things in and out! I recommend them highly! I've been there for 19 years and now I have 2 units!

I wish every place I worked with provided such great service! Jeff always remembers me, is friendly, and on point. I didn’t think I’d be there nearly as long as I have but it’s been a wonderful experience. He’s worked with me when I forgot my payment one month & even when I went out of county. He doesn’t pressure you into anything either. Jeff is fair and honest & I really do wish more people were like him. 😊

I just visited the storage facility for the first time and met the owner, Jeff! What a great guy to work with. He showed me a storage unit and how everything works. Everything was clean and organized and he was super friendly. You even get 1 free day of use with their 15', I believe it was, moving truck when you rent a storage unit. You can't beat that. It is centrally located just off Old 16 closer to 150 in Denver. Highly recommend!

About 6 months ago I rented a storage unit from Jeff. I found out over a weekend that I needed a second unit. I called Jeff. He said to take a unit, he would go put a lock into the unit and he could just add all to my current contract. He made the process so helpful and seamless. The units are very, very clean. He has rollers, carts - all that you need to move with ease. I had such a good experience renting from Jeff/Denver Mini Storage.

I have no issue with giving 5 stars. I had storage for a couple years here and just ended renting my unit. I hadn't even opened my unit in a year before cleaning it out and was very happy with the condition. Not dusty, no bugs, no smell, etc. The owners were also very easy to work with and always pleasant. Rent is reasonable. I will be using them again no question.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and heard nice things about this place as well as the owner. Their truck is free to use for moving into a unit so that we could kill two birds with one stone. Jeff was very helpful and great with communication so that we could move quickly and efficiently.

Jeff knows EXACTLY how to treat a customer. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and fast throughout the whole process. We had a great conversation and he was very welcoming. My overall experience was beyond satisfactory, thank you Jeff!

Not only will your personal items being safe and secured, and climate controlled, you will encounter great people who own it. Jeff is a professional, polite, patient, well-respected business person whom I highly recommend doing business with. This business treats its customers right and I cannot say enough good things about it. There are many companies who try to cheat you out of your money/extend the time it takes to cancel, but not Denver Mini Storage. Their units are affordably priced (even the climate controlled ones) and they sell you the lock for next to nothing even giving you the chance to sell it back at the end of your term for half price. I recommend this business to anyone needing to store anything in the Denver area. Great people, Great company!

This was my first experience using a mini storage facility. The owners Jeff and Torri are absolutely wonderful. They bent over backwards to accommodate my husband and I. They go the extra mile and it shows. Their facility is so clean and very much modernized with technology. We would recommend to anyone.

If you need storage, this is the place to use. Its well maintained and a secure property. The owners are outstanding people to work with. Their communication is top notch and they really go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of.

Denver MIni Storage is the best facility to store your items. Long term or short term, it doesn't matter. Easy to work with, clean and several options for any budget! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

This is the only storge place to consider -- It is owned and operated by a local couple who are extremely nice and helpful. Jeff and Torrie are friendly and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this business.
