Love the store! Great product. Called to repurchase an item I bought in August, Tara was super helpful and my order came quickly. Look forward to visiting again at the Craft aFair.

I first went to Tara for an acupuncture treatment in 2012. When I came back in 2020 I sought out Tara and she now owns the store I went to from 2010-2012. I was so happy since I really needed acupuncture treatments and felt she did the best. Then I found out her husband did massage. I went to both for recovering from taking care of my parents who had dementia. I fell down the stairs taking care of them and was recovering from a bad sprained ankle and injured knee. My shoulders were in trouble too. With their treatment everything was doing great and then I fell and fractured my hand. When I got out of my second cast I was supposed to see an occupational therapist but it was ten more days. I decided to see Gerald until the appointment and he did such a great job I cancelled my OT appointment. My hand is doing so much better. Thank you Tara and Gerald. And their store is wonderful. So much better than stores in Asheville and other locations. Great selection and knowledge.

When ever I need a pick-me-up I know I'll find just what I need at Burnsville Health and Nutrition. I just to browse all the soaps, shampoos, essential oils, chocolate, jewelry, natural sodas and always leave with something that brightens my day and keeps me healthy.
