I bought this bike over a month ago and it has not given a single issue or problem. Actually, it has gone above and beyond my expectations. The process of financing was stress free. The owner was beyond friendly and his mechanic answered all of my questions. 10/10 I would go back to these guys

I didn't buy a bike here, but was interested in a used bike he had in stock. The manufacturer is running a big sales event on this particular bike for the new models left over from last year. I told Ricky the deal I was quoted and he was very honest and said it was a good deal and I should buy that bike.

I was shocked by his total honesty, as most dealers will still try to convince you to deal with them.

This will be the first place I look for my next bike or ATV purchase. I really appreciate the way I was treated.

An absolute top notch place. Bought my first bike with them. The best customer service I've ever experienced, and it doesn't stop once you make your purchase. New tires, tune-up, accessories; they got you covered. They are quick to respond with any questions or help you may need. Nice classy showroom with a great selection. Very knowledgeable staff (especially on european adventure and sport bikes). Couldn't be happier with my purchase and service from Lake Norman Cycle Works!

The staff here is very honest and will give you a fair shake. I've moved down here from New Jersey, and this is my new go to motorcycle place for repairs, and general maintenance. They work on my BMW motorcycles. (R1200C and R1200CL).

I can’t speak highly enough to the professionalism and courtesy of this dealership. Ricky was the easiest salesman we have ever dealt with, full transparency, honesty and communication where second to none. Many dealerships and sales people could take some lessons from these guys and be far more successful. They have earned a lifelong customer in my dad and myself. I will go out of my way and across the US to make a purchase from them if need be. We have owned over 30 motorcycles so I feel I have decent knowledge on quality and working orders. The speed triple we picked up from Ricky was absolutely everything he described and advertised. He even took the time to call a few days later to make sure we were still pleased with the purchase and if there was anything else we needed. Lake Norman Cycle Works has figured out how to be good people, treat customers well, price their inventory good, and deliver the product to the customer as they advertise. One of the best decisions of my life would be buying a Motorcycle from Lake Norman Cycle Works. After what seemed an endless search on the internet, I ended up purchasing a Triumph Triple R from Joe and Ricky. What attracted me to Lake Norman Cycle Works is the fact that I did not have to do anything but jump on the Bike and start riding. These guys had already changed the fluids a installed a fresh pair of tires on the Bike. They took care of the maintenance needs to ensure the bike was safe to ride. I felt that their asking price for the Bike was very fair and did not even consider asking for a discount.
These guys are the real deal. They are very knowledgeable with Motorcycles in every aspect.. I feel they are very trustworthy. I would definitely purchase another Motorcycle from them.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Ricky and Joe. I found a bike that I wanted to surprise my husband with for his 50th birthday. They were incredible from start to finish! They worked with me by letting me keep the bike at their shop and even delivered it the day of the surprise party. Ricky was thoughtful enough to text me the next day to see what my husband thought. Ricky is extremely genuine and honest. Something you rarely find in people today. I highly recommend purchasing a bike from them!

Amazing Customer Service. I was going to purchase a car from them, but it sold before I got the chance to buy it. Ricky offered to help me find another one. Two days later we found one at another dealer. He helped me figure out a good asking price and a week later I have my new ride.

Talk about Customer Service!! Helping someone find a car even if it's not your own sale. I just wish I could have purchased my car from this amazing staff.

These guys are the best. I drove 6 hours from Ohio to buy a bike because it was the nicest one I could find for the best price I could find! And there trade number on my bike was real reasonable. In other words they did not try to steal my trade. All was exactly as Ricky had described, down to some pretty minute details. After a 6 mile test drive loaded up the bike and off I went. Down the road 5 miles me and my new bike on my trailer where rear ended by another car! No one was hurt but trailer was pretty much wiped out and immobile. Someone called the authorities but I really didn't know who to call as I was way out of town, so I called Ricky and Joe at Lake Norman Cycle Works. In about 10 minutes Joe was there with tools and trailer parts to help me get it off the road!! He then left and brought back some other parts I needed so I could limp the smashed trailer with the bike on it 6 hours back home. (Note: the bike is unscathed as far as I can tell...I am a OCD strapper and it payed off in this instance) Way, way beyond the call of duty on this situation. These guys are straight up when dealing with a bike sale or purchase and just real good guys all the way around!! Highly recommended...I will be watching there website for more bikes I just have to have.......

Being new to bikes I needed help in finding a helmet. Not only did they help me find the perfect one, but let me try a couple different options on and walked me through the features of each. This place is amazing and the customer service is 10 out of 10. Definitely will be buying my next bike from them!
