I have worked with Procter for about 25 years for my auto and renters insurance needs. They are always very helpful and easy to work with, whether it's making a change to an existing policy or obtaining a new policy.

The agent followed up with me quickly on a quote for business and personal insurance. I had a bad experience with one of the companies Procter sells and the agent respected this. We made follow up plans on going with a different company Procter sells at a later date. The agent had good communication and was understanding of my previous experiences. This experience was positive, and I will be following up with them at a later date.

From the 3 quotes I received you were the only one who asked for my drivers license which I think is very important to see if I had any accidents or tickets, speeding for instance or other erratic driving behavior.

We have been using the Procter Insurance Agency for over 30 years. My daughters now use Chris and Bob as well. We receive personal one-on-one attention. Their knowledge of the ever changing industry and their knowledge and understanding our changing family needs are incredible. I would not trust anyone else. They clearly are the best!

When I purchased my first car, I called around and searched on the internet to try and find the best deal. I wasn't particularly happy with the results, so I called my dad. He said, "Why didn't you call Procter?" It never occurred to me that a local broker would be able to save me money - but Procter did. My family has been getting insurance from Procter since my grandfather first started going to Chris Procter's grandfather in the 50's. Now I know I don't have to shop around - I can go straight to Procter!
