I had a wonderful experience with Just Suspension. They were the best deal I could find online for the coils I was purchasing. However, I did find awful reviews once I ordered and was very skeptical. I cancelled my debit card while my order was being processed, but before I could get to the bank to dispute the fraud/scam I believed happened, my coil springs were shipped. The very next day I had a tracking number. No, they may not have come from NC, but that doesn't matter because they used their sources to ship me my item from where it was available, which was California. 6 days after my purchase my item was sitting at my door step in perfect condition and labeled correctly. Perfect service and also great customer support. Will use again, and I hope that the few negative reviews from the unsatisfied customers doesn't make you turn from this great company. I just felt that since I had a good experience with Just Suspension, despite the awful reviews, that they deserve the recognition of running a great business. Thank you.

Have to say i was impressed by this company. Bought a set of 4 shocks/struts via Amazon, after ordering I realized I had selected wrong shipping address. I quickly notified them via email, they responded and ensuring me it would be taken care of. Well parts arrived I installed and I am happy with my products.

Customer service by Ami was outstanding. They accepted a return of steering box on 11/20/15 that was purchased on 6/24/15 rather than sending me to the manufacture. The fact that they accepted the return saved me a lot of hassle locating and dealing with the manufacture. Great customer service. I would buy from them again.

I bought complete suspension kit for my 1967 Chevelle. I tried to install rear sway bar it wouldn’t fit. I called and talked to TC very nice guy he said it probably was boxed wrong they sent me a new one no charge. That one didn’t fit either after we talked about it he had figured out that I had the control arm on backwards it was my mistake and he said don’t worry about it. Very good customer service and products. Thanks Dean

I purchased 4 Monroe Sensa-Trac shocks (37014 and 37015). Prices were definitely as low as I could find and shipping was very quick and free.

However, customer service is substandard. One shock began leaking after several months. Instead of sending me a replacement shock, Andrew at Just Suspension recommended that I just go buy a new shock at a local auto parts store and return the defective one in that box. Not only do I think that's unethical, but at least 3 auto parts stores said "absolutely not" when I questioned them about the practice.

Once Andrew finally agreed to perform the warranty replacement (about 5 back-and-forth emails), he mandated that I first send him the defective shock (and was unwilling to pay for return shipping). Even though I notified him that the vehicle was my daily driver and that I couldn't operate the vehicle for a week or more without a shock, he said, "We understand that can be an inconvenience, but that is how monroe processes the warranty." He did not offer to do any kind of advanced replacement with a credit card hold. Additionally, pictures of the leaking shock were not sufficient to just send me a new shock.

I finally contacted Monroe customer service directly and they took care of me without hesitation. They also stated that customer service problems are common with Just Suspension. Next time I'll try a different reseller.

I'm a reasonable man, I wish I would've believed the reviews. Don't buy from them.

I'll spare you the saga, but basically they sent me 1 less strut than I ordered. Completely independently they shipped me a Borla exhaust for a Mustang... I don't drive a Mustang nor did I order an exhaust. I called them to let them know I had their exhaust (day 1) and offered to have UPS come pick it back up - I have yet to receive my last strut. If I had known I'd be treated like garbage I'd have just kept the exhaust and sold it to buy the strut (which, by the way, is completely legal if shipped to you).

Many more details involved that I don't need to get into. Their prices are cheap, I can't speak to the quality of their parts. But unless your order gets to you and performs perfectly, expect to be taken advantage of and given nothing but excuses.

It's not worth the $20 you'll save. Do not buy from them.

I had plans to replace my shocks this up coming February. However after knowing everything that a friend of mine had to go through when dealing with this company, I have to say no thanks. My friend ordered and received product for his vehicle, which did not fit. Even though they matched the chasis id with which type of product it should have. After realizing that they could not be used, a refund was adamantly refused, offering only in store credit. Which would have been fine if my friend wasn't forced to go buy them locally since he already had them off the vehicle. After constant phone calls a refund was finally offered.....yet still has not been received. This company is very unreliable in the customer service aspects. I'm sure if what you buys fits then you'd love the price. But if anything goes wrong, don't expect anything from them other than a difficult time.

They do not honor the manufacturer's warranty on products they sell. I contacted KYB and was told that KYB would refund the equipment if the seller processes the return to the customer and then the seller returns the equipment to KYB. Just Suspension refused to honor the warranty return stating it was past their return policy. I had the equipment installed for less than 3 months. Poor customer service and poor after sales support. I would not use this company again based on their practices.

RUN AWAY!!! After THEY send the wrong item, YOU pay for reshipping. No need for a phone number they say, we'll email you....right! There's a reason they don't take phone calls, 30 years of doing business gave them that policy. DO NOT buy from these people.

one star is way to much for these lying crooks, I would advise anyone thinking about doing business with these crooks to check out their reviews on google, and check them out on amazon, they will lie through their teeth and tell you whatever it takes to get your money from you, then blow a bunch of smoke up your butt and string you along when you notice they're crooks and want your money back

terrible customer service, don't tell you how many boxes there shipping and told me one courier but sent the boxes out with another courier that asks for money cod when they show up, so what was i paying for before when they ask for the shipping charges, BUYER BEWARE AND I STILL RECOMMEND ROCK AUTO AND SUMMIT RACING.....
