100% the best around. Fair prices, efficient and will do everything to try to get you in on a schedule that is convenient. Never had any issues with any of our repairs. Quick oil changes too! And they have an adorable shop dog, Bo! Highly recommended.

My first time at Westlake and I was very impressed. Fast, courteous and professional. They do a good business there and I see why. I was going to another mechanic garage, they had my car for two days and couldn't diagnose my cars problems.
Westlake did it in 30 minutes. It turned out to be a serious safety issue. I was about to leave on a cross country trip. My front end failure could have been catastrophic. Am getting my repairs done there from now on. They have earned my trust and business.

Now, months later Westlake Auto just did a maintenance service for me. Very pleased, they also gave me better tires than I expected to get for around the same money. They go above and beyond!

Dropped by to get an inspection this morning to get Jag inspected. Talked to Mike, petted Bo, about his accident on his Busa. He's doing good in spite of his injuries.

Fast and courteous. The work is done accurately and no need to go back with any issues. I started going here by reading the reviews which were very good. I haven't shopped around for pricing since I moved down here yet. I do see a couple of other nearby shops with very good reviews. As of now I'm satisfied with the work and service I receive here at Westlake.

My brother referred me to Westlake Auto & Tire when I moved to Sherrills Ford 2 years ago from Mint Hill. I would never go to another place to have my car serviced! Chris lets me know when it's time to have service done and I trust him and always have what he recommends done and this is not to make extra money, he keeps me updated for safety and to keep my car running smoothly and I appreciate him taking the time to keep me safe. I'm a fairly picky person about my truck. Especially my truck. After a few visits to West Lake Auto I have to say that I'm very pleased with the service and the friendly and professional services that were provided to me I am compelled to review them. Each time I was there I made it an issue to me to check out the shop floor and even the waiting area. I've worked in some sort of shop for over 40 years and I know that a well organized and clean shop floor is absolutely necessary to be able to do quality work. That's the first sign. I also viewed the mechanics and they appeared to me to have a pretty good handle on whatever they were working on. Pricing is posted for several services and I asked questions about others that I'm going to have done on a later date. The prices are very much in line with everyone else so it's all about the other things that make the difference. West Lake Auto is now going to be my go to place for all my automobiles needs from now on. I really like the guys there and feel sure that I will always receive quality services for a fair price and also very important, I trust them with my vehicles.

The service that I received at Westlake Auto & Tire was way beyond exceptional. I was greeted promptly and with a very friendly attitude. I came in right after having a long day at work and they got me in and out in about 45 minutes on a busy day for them. I was on a tight budget and only wanted to spend about $200.00 on two tires and they did everything they could to give me a good set of tires and actually got really close to my amount that I wanted. We moved into the Sherrills Ford area in 2014. We had no experience with any service provider so we picked one that was close, convenient and looked to be active with other customers. Since then we have, mostly, used Westlake for routine maintenance issues. On those occasions when something more was required we went to them because of our previous experience.To site just one example: pre-virus we were headed for a vacation by car; the animals were in the kennel and we were ready. UhOh, the dash has a red light! Seems to be the battery. Off to Westlake with our sad story. It’s about 9AM when we pull in with the expectation that we’ll get help when our turn comes and we, pretty much, figure we’ll lose most of our first day of vacation. Nope, new battery installed in less than 45 minutes and away we go. I know that there’s plenty of competent service facilities around but, sometimes, it’s hard to be sure who’s who without personal knowledge. We were lucky to find Westlake. We would, without hesitation, recommend them in Sherrills Ford.
