Wonderful place to take children for a dentist appointment. Very clean. Very family oriented. Awesome employees. I absolutely love this dentist. Also I have recommended some family and friends and they also think this is a wonderful place for their younger children as well.

Dr. Brian and his team are great! They have taken care of our kids since they were infants and whether at the age of two or twelve, they keep them relaxed, are knowledgeable, and make the trip of going to the dentist not so scary. I highly recommend his team!

Everything and everyone was sooo delightful! My son I can say “ had fun” with the dentist and assistant. I especially love how at first, Grey was whining a little bit, then the dentist started singing and he was so amused that he got quiet and just listen. It was pretty cool to see! Greys first visit, and already love them. 😁

Love this place have been going here since my oldest son was younger he is 23 now I also take my 2 youngest here the dentist is great he was the one that found some extra teeth growing on my son with disabilities that the orthodontist didn't even mention. Really appreciate the care they show towards my kids I do recommend to everyone!!!!

This practice is extraordinary and the people here become family! I am so very thankful for this team and how they have made my twin daughters want to go to the Dentist! I can’t recommend them enough and I can tell you that I wish my kids could see Dr. Brian and his team forever!

Dr. Brian and his staff are patient and accommodating. My autistic son struggles with the dentist (it’s a sensory nightmare for him (Loud, bright, different noises from the equipment and has a lot of anxiety there), but Dr. Brian and the hygienist were patient and understanding. Dr. Brian lets him play with the light which fascinates him and eases his anxiety, and the hygienist offered him sunglasses when they were working on him and the lights got too bright.

My 3 year old absolutely enjoyed his visit at the dentist. The staff was beyond kind and patient with him. He can’t stop talking about Dr. Neena and how much he liked her.

My children have been at UPD for 16 years. Now, my grandkid are being seen.
We love the entire staff and will always recommend Upstate Pediatric Dentistry!

Highly recommend this practice for any dentistry needs for children!! Staff and doctors are amazing and listen to questions. They also have an amazing tree in the lobby that my little just loves.

I accompanied my Daughter and my Grandson to his last six month check up. At that time we met a lovely lady named Simone. My family adored her. So much that we requested to only see her along side the dentist on each future visit. My Grandson needed an x ray done and she not only made my Daughter and I comfortable. She also made my 3 year old Grandson extremely comfortable as well. She is excellent with children and needs recognition for what an amazing job she did. She was amazing to say the least!

Both of my children are patients here and they absolutely love it here. My little one have had situations where she needed to be seen ASAP and they are so accommodating and prompt to take us in. Thank you all so very much for been sweet and profesional!!
We have seen both Doctor Michael and Doctor Bryan and love both!

They have always done a wonderful job with our regular cleanings. Last week we had an emergency and they went above and beyond to help us during and after hours.

My son had his 6 month cleaning on the 11th and Dr. Michael Thompson was sooo helpful and eased my son’s apprehension. He was scheduled to get braces on the next day(which went very well). My son loved the conversation about what colors to avoid. Yellow was one, lol. The front office and the dentist were amazing during his appointment on the 11th.

Staff is so nice and the techs work great with the kids no matter the mood or sass they bring that day. Happy every time we leave!

Upstate Pediatric Dentistry is always a warm, inviting, clean office. They do a thorough job and accommodate for every patients needs. I have an autistic three year old who has been a patient with them since he was 12 months old, they’ve answered all questions with detail; elaborated and give tips/tricks if needed as well.

Every experience at UPD has been 5 star! The check in and check out staff are very friendly. When we have needed services beyond routine care, the staff have explained the billing process and what to expect with the procedures in transparent terms. The hygienists are so sweet and are really gentle with my kids. Dr Neena is the best! She explains things to our kids (and me) in a way that is easy to understand and not overwhelming or scary. We love UPD and highly recommend!

Dr. Brian Jones and his team are great with the boys! They do a fantastic job with helping my boys feel comfortable with different types of treatments and provide good guidance on when to receive outside care such as orthodontic work.

Wonderful staff, cheerful and bright play areas, toys and books to occupy little ones. Hands down a great experience for a pediatric dentistry!
