Great place to shop. Great location. Very nice people. Great selection of clothes, shoes and for the home. Near great restaurants. Very nice big store with lots of room and a nice restroom. Connected with the mall

So many things on sale. I purchased a new Fall outfit (sweater, boots, dark-wash jeans). I spent approx $100 total. Make sure you download the app and look for digital coupons before going as well. Dressing rooms were clean. An enjoyable shopping experience.

Bought some towels and ordered some sheets from there on 8/16/23. Would like to recognize the sales associate that helped me. Her name was Janet and she was one of the most pleasant and helpful customer service ppl I’ve ever met. A real plus for Belk in RMt. I couldn’t have had a more pleasant shopping experience.

The Staff are friendly and Professional. It easy to find what you need in this store. It isn't messy or dirty but always clean. I recommend shopping here.

I usually shop online but went to the store since I had some extra time. I am glad I did! The store was nice, clean and quiet. The racks and shelves were full and things were easy to find. I used the Belk app to keep track of the things I found and liked. I enjoyed shopping here.

Dress shopping on a sale! We always try to hit the clearance sales at Belks. This time was not a disappointment.

We are large people. They have our sizes in all clothes. Most stores sell out large clothes first. Just went on shopping trip there recently because of the sale. Bought $800 worth of name brand clothes for $240. Great store for us. If not in the store go online. Usually free shipping.

This was wonderful and very informational they checked on me periodically to see if I needed any help try to help me find everything I needed and I would definitely return there very very soon. I bought a piece of luggage and the sales lady went and got it for me very quickly which I thought was going to take a few minutes but it did not well she was getting my luggage I looked around and saw a few things I want to come back and get. Definitely a returning customer

I had a minor situation at the Rocky Mount store that was resolved. I was given a $5off an in-store or online of $5+.
I gave the card to my mom and she shopped at the Rocky Mount location the following day and was told the card must be used online.
I wished I had thought to take a picture of the card with words in big black letters: must be used in store!
My mother read this script on the card but, did not say anything to the cashier.
I told my mom to stop by the Wilson store and she used the card with no problem 👍.

Good sales and good service. Very friendly cashier in clothing department. If you get a $10 reward use it. Buy the sales and never pay regular price.

You can’t go wrong with Belks.

They have great sales on things but some of the staff not so friendly. Other than that is nice.

The store was full of customers, yet we were serviced quickly. My grand kids found all the outfits they wanted.

I visited Belks for some Christmas shopping the store was very busy and the check out lines were long but moving at a good pace. was greeted with a smile and the service was good.

They had clothes,corn hole,kyacks,shoes,knacks,, so much more ..loved it

The Belk in Rocky Mount is fantastic. This one has a lot of nice things. If you are a Belk lover like me, check it out. You will not be disappointed.
