Juanita in the appliance department at Lowe's in Rocky Mount went above and beyond in patiently and thoroughly answering my questions about washing machines. She showed me all of the ones in my price range and discussed what I wanted in a new washer. It was a pleasure to do business with her and I am very pleased with my purchase. Juanita is wonderful!

On Friday, February 10th, I received professional assistance from Ivey! While trying to locate an item for someone else that I had never seen, he not only answered my question from the bar code picture that I was sent., he walked me to the location of the product. He made me fill comfortable with asking questions. I was so relieved to get the product, I gave him a coupon to get a free burger! When I visit the store again, I will be sure to let the manager know how blessed he is to have an employee who cares and demonstrates OUTSTANDING customer service!!! Lady J

I went there with my daughter yesterday 11/13/23 at 2:40pm to the Paint Department. I was looking for a particular color of paint to cover up a boarder in my dining room. The guy in that department was very helpful. I had a sticker tile with me and he matched the color paint and assisted me with other products and questions about different paint projects . He mixed the paint for me it was a beautiful blue. We looked around the store and my daughter felt like the paint might be a smidge to light and asked if we could get it a little darker. She found a paint pallet slab and I showed it to the other guy that came to work in the department due to the other guy assisting others. He said the first can was too full to adjust the color and just advised me to start with a new can of paint. That was totally fine. Very nice about it. I gave him the color slab which was a little darker than I needed. However, by the time he mixed the paint together it was just the color I had wanted the Ultra Marine Blue. Perfection!! I didn't get those 2 guys name but they both was very friendly and helpful. Not trying to sound racist, but I would like to say Kudos to the white guy who held that department down all by himself in a friendly and timely manner. And, also to the black guy that came over in the end that helped me as well. Thank you both so much! You made our experience enjoyable. We will be back and because I have to get some firewood for our fireplace. Lol... Thanks!!

My trip to Lowe's was very nice. The associates were very helpful.

Austin in Appliances is a champ. 30 minutes before close this guy took the time to help us find a fridge in stock. Physically Pulled two different fridges only to have us say “nah, lets have yall deliver and install.” Ended up helping us buy the fridge plus dishwasher, and a laundry suite. The dude was great and management has done well to have an employee of three years so willing to help an exhausted customer and his family find a great deal so close to closing time. Delivered everything in 3 days plus was friendly when i saw him a week later.

Has a veriety of home goods. The staff is very dependable. There are sales and good deals there.

Pro desk is very helpful. Return desk moves well. Items are usually in stock. Place is clean and tidy as best that they can. Special services desk is always a pleasure to work with. I shop regularly and will continue.

Found birdseed, pipe insulation, and a stud locator. All things that I needed for the home.

Good place to find home improvement supplies. Im glad someone is always in the paint area to help you. I love going places where the employees are pleasant to communicate with and ready to assist you.

There is a young man in the garden center who is super friendly and kid friendly. I was very surprised. It is not common to find someone so young who is enthusiastic and kind to kids. He made my little boy’s night!
