My first time going since they opened a couple of days ago. It was really nice inside everything was clean and organized! The line to order food and the checkout line was a little confusing but that was because it was so busy in there! Will definitely visit again soon.

This place is so nice! The employees are so nice and the selection is so awesome! Even the cliche gas station food look really good.

Love the outlook of the store. I'm very impressed. Clean and Neat. I'm hoping months or years down the line it stays that way.

First time at this store and I so wish they were closer to me.  If they were, I would visit here at least five days a week.
First a little explanation about my joy at finding this location open so close to Wilson.
I have lived the majority of my life in Buffalo NY. One thing that makes Buffalo such a wonderful place to live is the abundance of great food that comes from a mixture of people who bring their own heritage and style of cooking. One thing that almost everyone who lives in Buffalo can agree to is what makes great chicken. Even outside of NY, you hear Buffalo and a good chance you think chicken wings.
I am so happy to say I found a place that reminds me of the convenient store I grew up with in NY.
From the first time you walk in you get a sense of pride everyone has for the location and even as they are busy you don't get that feeling here like you do at some other stores. Unlike the others, the associates give you the feeling that you are the purpose of their work,  not an interruption.
I should have started out this review explaining that this is a newly built store so that could be the reason for the buzz of excitement you feel and we will see as time goes.
I found the shelves and coolers are well stocked.  As I work some nights I am always on the lookout for a quick pizza or burrito to take home and they have plenty of options.
I mentioned that this is a store but not quite sure if the name fits as there is almost a full grill in there where they are making an assortment of chicken sandwiches and subs.
On my visited they were out of chicken fingers and I made the suggestion of possibly getting a chicken sub but was told that wasn't and option even if they did have the fingers.
Bathroom was pretty clean and the walls are virgins as there is no graphics yet. Unfortunately I found that the bathroom had an issue as it seemed like someone didn't flush. I tried to flush but found the real problem is pressure.  As soon as you try to flush the water stops and hiding the handle didn't make a difference.
My suggestions are as follows:
First with all the chicken and the sub rolls and burger rolls perhaps making a chicken sub is possible.  There is a chicken sandwich option but I shouldn't have to buy multiple of those and then a sub just to make a chicken sub. Make it happen.
Yes this is new but I assume someone must have checked the plumber so this got passed inspection.  The placing of the soap dispenser I feel is very unusual  as it's hard to dispense.
Next, during this time somewhat passed the pandemic most companies are making certain changes to restrooms that is missed here. So many places that you have to touch or pull. Make the doors pull open to enter and push to go out. Don't make the soap dispenser so it need to be touched,  make it sense that your hands are there.
Lastly it's a nice location and the people are excellent and make the trip worth it.

Its a nice place to get a breakfast sandwich, good variety, and great coffee, they have the best coffee. Their chicken tenders are very good too. But their cold subs are skimpy, overpriced by a $1.

I've been away from 7-Eleven for about 10 years.It used to be my favorite store love their coffee.It did not disappoint meToday. I love it. 😊

Cashier here finished my order without even asking me if I wanted anything else so I couldn't actually finish my order lol. Then they tell me after about 10 minutes that they don't have the fixings I ordered for the sandwich. On top of that they didn't add the other topping I did order. Almost $20 for a couple sandwiches and potato wedges. Just get gas at this gas station lol.

It's like they opened a 7/11 without having ever been to a 7/11.

First time stopping here went in to grab some cigarettes girl so busy on her cell phone she never acknowledged me asked for my cigarettes she blew walked off grabbed them never stopped talking on her phone took my money never said two words to me gave me my change and I left I'm sorry but this is not customer service you shouldn't be on a phone let alone your cell phone while handling a customer I will never shop here again

Been here several times not impressed tried to get cold brew 3 different times 1 time was told the machine was broken the other times can't get the proudest. Today could not get drinks was told we don't have any cups ??? Won't come back

Her purse is right there and its 5 cars outside shes acting like she cant hear the knocking🤷🏾‍♂🤷🏾‍♂

Roost chicken is really bad, I got family meal today 8 pcs I asked them if they can give me 4 pcs legs and 4 pcs breast they said ok, when I get home it was 4 legs and 4 thigh and the chicken dark brown, cold and oily!! Its look like it was cold and they just put it in the oil again to warm it up again!! Not recommended at all this is the first and last time I’ll order food from there.

Christmas Eve 12/24/22 8pm. System down and rude manager would even let us grab a hot chocolate. We wanted to leave cash but she was rude and cost you lots of customers tonight!

The store just got to our area.. already got rude employees and the manager standing right there witnessing it.. they like to argue with the customers they not professional at all want be going back
