Very nice staff at this location. I was checking out, and Kennedy was the associate working. She smiled and apologized as she was putting away merchandise and didn't see me initially. That gesture within itself was greatly appreciated! Kennedy verified my coupons and also checked my rewards status. Overall, great service. I'll definitely return to this location in the future.

Popped in before Christmas and they opened at 9. 🙂

As an African-American with locs, I have never been followed as if they thought I was gonna steal something.
I always find something that either myself or my kids like. Staff are always friendly.

Tried on maybe 10 dresses. Bought 1 but returned it a week later.

Wonderful customer service by Ms. Aniya in online returns dept. on evening of March 14th 2023 at Golden East mall location. Extremely patient!!! Very kind and considerate. I returned a lot of items..at least 10 or more. She never expressed anything but professionalism and kindness. The world needs more people with her character and kindness!! Thank u JCPENNEY'S for hiring her.

Lois was amazing! Service was helpful, friendly and speedy. Very busy for the holidays but store was neat and clutter free.

Went into Sephora and let me tell you I left HIGHLY SATISFIED! The employee, Caron was very informative and extremely helpful. Not only did he help me but made sure any other guest who came in was spoken to and assisted just as much. I have a great experience here!

The service was great. Can't wait to come back also I'm partially in a wheelchair I can stay in for a little while but not much. My legs will give out; but I brought my Rollator with me and that help me out a lot. But far as prices I couldnt done no better nowhere else so I thank you for that. You just need more people in customer service, but overall my visit was awesome❗🙏🏻❤🌞❗

This is a great place to shop if you want good clothing and accessories for men, women & children at great prices! They always have sales going and often have extra discounts on top of the sale price!! I highly recommend this store for quality and prices plus a good atmosphere to shop in!

This was the best Penney's location I have visited in a long time. The store was clean and the product was easy to sort through.
The staff was attentive and professional. It was a pleasant change from other locations I have visited in the past year.

It is disturbing when you go into the store, you see what you want, get it go to the register and ring or scan up different from what you saw in the display. Then the cashier tells you that you have to mail in for your Rebate. That's bad publicity.

Love the rewards program and the people. They will help u save money. Every time I go to He lo and try to use a coupon off line, no can't use it, every time. I rather go to J C Penny.

They have good things in their store but the prices are to high and need to come down.

My kinda store for many things and they have Sephora! My girl Rihanna's make up line. Lovin it!

Needed new clothing. Scored a sweet coupon while I was there. The sales clerk gave me a piece of candy. The coupon was on the wrapper...30% off.
