Flowers arrived healthy and on time. Resolved a reoccurring issue we had with a certain driver after a talk with the owners daughter. We hope to have additional pleasant interactions in the future.

DO NOT waste your money with this company!! I would never order from this company!!
My husband’s work used them to send flowers to us for his mom’s passing. They delivered them while we were not home this weekend in below freezing weather and left them on the porch to totally freeze to the point that the whole vase was frozen water and the once beautiful white roses and white Lillie’s were frozen and wilted!!! What company would leave flowers on the porch in this weather and not contact the person who ordered them or leave them at a neighbors house with a card!! Or take them back to the flower shop and leave a note and we could have picked them up when we got home! I called this place the minute I got home to complain and the lady who answered was very rude and told me it was like ordering a pizza! “If you order something you would expect them to be home to receive it”Omg! I told her WE did not order them! They were a gift ordered by someone else to be delivered to show their sympathy at our time of sorrow. How the hell was my husband’s boss to know if we were home or not! I can see that his boss spent a lot of money on the once beautiful flowers that we unfortunately cannot enjoy. Shame on this heartless company especially when they are in the business they are in to bring joy to someone in sorrow!

I Placed An Order That Was Delivered To The Wrong Person. In Which I Was Charged 12.00 Dollars For Delivery. But The Delivery Wasn't Through Their Own Company. The Company Used Door Dash To Deliver My Order. I Contacted The Company To Inform Them My Fiancee Did Not Receive The Bouquet Or Balloon. That Was Ordered Through Their Company. The Florist Seem Like She Didn't Want To Redo The The Order. Which Is Unprofessional leaving Myself Out Of 120.00. I Continued To Call To Correct The Order. But Was Seemingly Blocked By The Floral Company. I Was Not Informed The Company Did Their Own Deliveries.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! DO NOT purchase from here! They are rude and will cheat you for your money. We had ordered a large floral arrangement for my grandpa's funeral and it came a lot smaller than the measurements posted on their site. Suspicious, I measured it and what they gave us was indeed the measurements of a medium. I emailed them immediately and never got a response, until almost a week later. The lady then tried to argue with me, that it was correct and she has pictures to prove it. I told her to send her "proof" over to me cause I have proof too and of course, she never sent it. So yeah, be careful if you guys decide to shop or order from here. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered from this store online today. I called to ask when it will be delivered because the person was only in town today. When I called I asked when it would be delivered. She stated that they had an event and they were not taking orders. I told her that I placed the order online and had put my card information in already. She said their site doesn't process cards for security. I said oh ok, she asked for the numbers on the back of the card. So, I
gave her the numbers on the back. She said it went through and that my order would be delivered before 4pm. Time went passed and I called at 3pm to get an ETA. She said it was made and out for delivery, I asked if it would be there before 5pm because the office closes where that person was. She assured me that it would. After that I call the shop several time to get an updated ETA but no one answered. I left messages, I called the office where the flowers were supposed to be been sent, they said no flower had come. I was frustrated because they were closeing in the next 30 minutes. They told me they would call me when the flowers arrived. I waited 30 more minutes, the time was 4:58pm.The office is closing and no flowers, I called the flower shop again, no answer. So, I left a voice mail asking for a refund.I just don't understand why they would take my money if they had a big event planned and couldn't deliver on time. I called back the shop she answered, and said they were delivered and they tried to call me. I told her no one called because I would have not been call the shop so many times. She said the driver delivered it but the people said they didn't have a worker by that name, I told her that he took it to the wrong place. She gaslighted me and hung up on me. I plan to report this shop to BBB and see if civil Charges can be brought against her. I will let all my followers on Facebook know about this business. I want my money back.

I called to make a $1500 flower purchase plus delivery to several address the person whom answered phone said it was a crank call and gave me the 3rd degree. Because I was unsure of what type of flowers to send. I gave her an amount I wanted to spend on the first order and she directed to her website. Poor service. I m pretty sure it was because I am a young African American. I m a CEO and sit on the board of another company. Ended up going another florist. The sad part about it the person whom answered the phone was African American as well.

Not sure it’s a really store, likely a front for something else. Stopped by looking for balloons, had to knock to enter and was told they are not open to the public, that I should go to Dollar Tree next door.

Ordered from 1-800-flowers, they used this local florist, Birthday's Plus. The flowers arrived on a Thursday and were dead on Saturday. 1-800-Flowers had them send replacements on Monday, they were beautiful when the arrived. Today, Tuesday, they are dying. Don't order from here.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! FAMILY PURCHASED EXPENSIVE FLORAL ARANGEMENT. UPON ARRIVAL ROSES WERE DROPPING PETALS AND HOLLY WAS DRY AND BRITTLE. CALLED. ARRGMT. REPLACED WITH ONE AS BAD ONLY CONATINER WAS HORRIBLE PEELING .
