I visited the Allstate Insurance location on 27th Street in Franklin. I talked with Katie Taylor, Allstate Insurance agent. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Switching over to Allstate Insurance has saved me 15% from my previous premiums, with even better coverage. The office is clean, quaint, and well-organized. Emily was also there with a friendly greeting when we walked in. Save money, get treated with respect and make friends with your Insurance agent - 5 stars folks, 5 stars!

We changed over to this agency over a year ago. They have been amazing. Unfortunately we needed to file a claim and everything went so smooth and they were so kind.

I have been using Allstate for around 5 years now. The prices are more than fair for the coverage you get. In the 5 years I have had to file 2 claims, first was a totaled vehicle and the second was a damaged chimney. Both times I received more than a fair amount of compensation to help cover my loses. My agent was always response and worked to get me answers. I recommend.

Great Service from Brian and Staff. I even left a different All State Agent to come to this location for my Motorcycle Insurance.

We were tired of our other insurance company always raising rates. We never filed a claim (over 20 years, even bundled everything). The decision was made it was time for a serious change. So my husband and I started to shop around for insurance. Katie sat down and went through Allstate's policies. Sounded good so we switched. Was a very large savings! For even more coverage! I have had nothing but good experiences with the Rogich Insurance Group. The set up was super easy, they did everything for me including canceling my old insurance. They also answered all my questions and worked with my mortgage company to make sure they were up-to-date on my home owner's insurance. Not to mention the fact that I saved money! Overall, I would highly recommend them.

Katie and the team at Allstate make life easy. Whenever I have a need for auto, home and umbrella coverage I call Katie to discuss the options and we figure out what coverage is best for me. Katie makes it a breeze and it only takes a few minutes to add coverage, remove coverage or change coverage. The experience of great customer service is what I have come to expect but I do not take for granted, it has been exceptional and five stars. Even when there was an issue once a few years back, it was caused by my misunderstanding how something was setup but even though it was mistake they made it up to me. Nothing short of amazing.

My family met Brian and his team a few years ago when we were looking for the same coverage and quality insurance but at a lower price. He was able to exceed our previous coverage (at a lower cost) and was very honest and detailed on what we should have to protect our home and family. I got a letter from Brian, and talked to his team but asked to speak with him because the letter I received was authored by him. He called me back, which is admirable. Then he put me with his sales team to work out a quote. I appreciate that extra level of care for a potential client.
