If you are looking for a very good personal trainer, Brett is one of the best. This is a small, personal gym that has a big gym family feeling. You can get to know everyone there, or just keep to yourself. I have never had a personal trainer before I started working out at this gym. Brett set me up a routine and walked me through each exercise with free weights, rowing machine and other weight equipment that he has. I was one of the older people at the time in the gym, over 55. Brett is good about working with my weak wrists and working on strength training with me. He has been a personal trainer many years and can help you understand your body. Give him a call! He does make house calls if you want to pay a little more.
