We visited here three times on our quest to find a sectional sofa for our new home. Each time we visited the staff was exceptionally friendly and never pushy to make a sale. Mikey helped us on our final visit. He even took a few sofas town from storage for us to try out. We ended up ordering a new sectional from them with our own selection of upholstery fabric. I would without hesitation do business here in the future.

Shout out to Mikey for making this experience great for us. Good quality furniture at a good price. Highly recommend this place.

I don’t write reviews in these days we live in where everyone wants you to write a positive review for just being. So here’s a review well deserved. Background, I have bought furniture from the factory furniture for years. In fact my house is most likely outfitted from them in total. My wife and I recently went in to buy some pieces that are no longer available, story of my life lol. So after purchasing some pieces and paying… my wife and I left. Got a call from Chris letting us know he made a mistake in cost…not in his favor but in mine. The amount is not the important part but the fact he caught it before I did and addressed it and corrected the mistake. Bravo!!! If you are still reading this review, good. This is a family business. A family that treats you fair but still a business. They must make a profit, yes the bad the word lol, but you still save money here, and time rather driving and going to other stores etc. I said to Chris, “people buy from people not price”. In this store I get both and I believe you will also. Years and years of purchases from them has proven the fact. Honest, integrity and low prices is a slogan everyone uses with short comings. Here they actually exist. Thank you Chris and the rest of your family. You have earned this review and a this customer. You guys are all aces!!

We really enjoyed the family atmosphere here! Chris was fantastic and was very attentive to our needs. While we didn’t get all of our furniture here we did settle on a few pieces. Our dining room table was a steal at $1500 from an originally $3000 price tag. We absolutely love how it looks on our new space. The couch and loveseat for our loft area was also a steal as it was $1200. We can’t thank Chris and his siblings enough for their patience with us as we decided on what we wanted as well as the affordable pricing versus these big box stores. We will definitely return when we need something else.

My wife and I have gone to at least 7 furniture stores and seen prices from 1200 to 1700 dollars for the EXACT same Liberty Table and chairs incl. bench. Several stores said that exact set was no longer available.......they wanted us to buy what was in store. No thanks , we searched the web for Liberty brand and found Factory Furniture in Mauldin, S.C. The sales lady (Suzanne) said the set is available for 850 dollars and there are 36 sets available. I stated we wanted the table ,4 chairs,and the bench. She said YES complete set 850, well this is a dream come true. We got in the car and 30 minutes later it was ordered and paid for. Two weeks latter my wife and i are Thrilled with a beautiful new dining room. No Tricks ,No fast talk,
they did EXACTLY what we wanted. Thanks Bf

This is a great business, family owed for many many years. They take customer service very serious. Rick was superb, very kind and patient. The prices are great for America made Best furniture brand. They have all of the samples for wood and cloth and leather for us to pick. Support your small business forget about the big box stores.

My family has been shopping here for years. We haven’t had a time where we couldn’t find something we were looking for when we go into Factory Furniture. From living room end tables to my college apartment, we have loved every piece. It’s way more affordable than Ashley or any other furniture store. Best of all the people who work there are the best and will help you with whatever they can! Go check it out. I attached a photo of one of the pieces from a large set we bought. I have this piece and different people in my family have the other pieces!

Have to give a shout out to this place. I’m a big guy and needed a big guy mattress. Mike hooked me up with a Titan which was apparently part of their big & tall collection. My wife and I love it.

We went to a couple other stores to shop but I liked these guys the most which is why I came back. I’ll definitely go back when the kids grow into bigger beds.

Great place to find good deals. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved what we've gotten from them. They checked things over before we picked it up to make sure everything was good. This will be my first go to place when shopping for furniture to see if they can meet my needs.

The staff was patient, informative, and thorough in the offerings. At the end, I came away with high quality furniture that I love for a staggeringly low price. We received our bedroom furniture in May. We couldn’t be more happy with the customer service we received from the whole staff at Furniture Warehouse. We had been looking for 5 months and had even ordered a set from another store which never came and had kept being told it would come in…next week… We canceled that order after 3 months, and on the recommendation of a neighbor, went to FW. Big Mike was honest from the start and delivered as stated! Quality of furniture fabulous! Delivery and setup was great! Every employee we spoke with at FW was helpful!!! Highly recommend Furniture Warehouse!

My husband and I bought a couch and love seat from these guys 2 weeks ago and it was scheduled to be delivered today. Since purchasing, my husband had a heart attack and quadruple bypass. They were so amazing to work with me ! They are so much appreciated and I will definitely be buying more furniture from them!

Well these folks are some of the best. Family business and they can truly save you money. I have bought several pieces over the years from them. I dare you to find someone to give you a better price on the same item. During this pandemic we ordered several pieces for our new house. Yes it took longer than we expected but no one can get anything any faster. When ever I need anything else it will be purchased from Factory Furniture.

Although I wasn't able to purchase anything, their owner who serviced us was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. He le led us throughout his store and allowed us to search for what we wanted in their back storage as well. I felt a bid bad not committing to buying but that was more me wanting to shop around rather than a reflection of their service or inventory quality.

I am not kidding when I say this company is amazing!!! I dealt with them once 8 years ago and multiple times this past year. They hands down have the best prices and amazing staff. No fault on their part, I ordered a table from a certain manufacturer. I was dissatisfied with the table and wanted to return it. Mikey one of the owners was absolutely amazing!!! I can't stress how amazing Mikey was!!! He came and assessed the situation gave many plenty of options to choose from and when I decided the table still needed to go back, he got them to give me a full refund. I kept the chairs because I was unsure what table I would order to replace the one I had. I ordered another table and when it arrived it was great but the chairs didn't work with it. Mikey again made sure I was satisfied and got me a refund so I could order the chairs I wanted. Please don't look any further, this is the place to shop!!! I never write reviews but since I was treated so incredibly well, I had to. Awesome place, Awesome prices and Awesome people!!!

Best prices, people and quality for furniture. Bought several rooms worth and was very happy with whole process. Place isn't fancy but never judge a book by its cover. You will never be sorry here and "Big Mike" was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They carry all styles and manufacturers and will find anything you need for much less. You WON'T be sorry!
