Panera Bread

Had a bad experience with Door Dash tonight. Didn’t realize that the Panera app delivery meant it was through a third party. We received our food finally, but it looks crumpled/gone through. The manager tonight gave us a full refund and apologized. The food here is normally really good! I appreciate the customer service.

Was a Panera for the first time in about 7 years. I really enjoyed the food, soup was tasty and the sandwich was better than I have tasted in another sandwich joint. It was a bit expensive for the portions. In my opinion.

Happened to stop here for a quick snack. Ordered a sandwich and a BAJA BOWL. Ended up hating the bowl as was trying it for the first time. Brought this upto GEORGE and he was very prompt in issuing a full refund. He was very cheerful and corteous. Thank you George.

Bri was very nice and recommended me some very good food .. She also speaks Spanish which made the experience great with my mother . Definitely will be going to visit bro again !!!

Everything was extremely good and tasty. Love the Asian chicken Seseme Salad and the cinnamon crunch bagels!

Just had a big scare. On the start of a cross country trip we stopped for lunch. My husband had dropped his wallet and we didn’t realize it until a gas stop some hours away. Called and they found it! Put it in their safe until a friend could grab. Thank you Julia the manager for your help and calming demeanor.

The service here is wonderful! I was served through by the kindest lady. I would recommend this place for a quick bite when you're on the run or even to stay and have a nice family dinner. My food was cooked perfectly, and they always get my order right. I love coming here with my kids as well. They little ones always ask me to come back here for every meal of the day! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner! If my kids love it, then I love it... 😍🙌

I went in earlier today & bri was the sweetest cashier i’ve ever encountered !!

We ordered online and then went in the store 10 minutes later and my order had been lost. I showed them conformation for my order and they handled it very fast and fair. They were very nice and food tasted great.

Love all the soups, sandwiches and tea. Currently going through chemo and immunotherapy and the soup is the only thing I can keep down.

Updated visit. 6/17/2022- As expected, the sandwich and soup were awesome.
Just wanted to update my review. Just went by this Sat March 23, 2019 and had a sandwich/soup combo. I'm visually impaired so I simply asked what kind of soups they have. The counter help assisted by starting to read the board menu to me. Once she got to Broccoli Cheddar, I was good.... The help was appreciated. And of course the soup was great.

I just wanted to share what a delightful experience I had at Panera Bread. For my birthday I was given a fresh Cinnamon Roll from the oven by Natalia in Salisbury, North Carolina and it was delicious.
I had forgotten how kind the people who work there are and how good the food was, can't wait to back for lunch!

Had the Asiago sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. Overall price was $11 - with a drink which seems a little expensive but it was very good.

I went with a couple of friends to experience Panera as their 1st time in NC. They were delightful with the background music and the fresh dessert. The brownie had a Christmas star image on it, sweet touch that was notice for my friends as a welcome to this peaceful place.

I flew in town from Iowa & started the second leg of my trip driving to the OBX. On my drive, I decided to stop at Panera for a quick bite to eat - my comfort food- and drove off to finish my trip. 3 hours into my drive I find out through my credit card company, that a Panera employee - his name is Greg- had been trying to track me down for the last couple of hours because I LEFT MY WALLET THERE. SMH.

My choices were to either drive the three hours back to get my wallet and restart my 5 1/2 hour long drive to the OBX, pick my wallet up on the way back to the airport( I wouldn't have any money through out my vacation), or by the slim chance this person would be wonderful enough to ship my wallet to me from his location to the hotel I was staying at.

SOOOO Greg was kind enough to go out of his way to overnight ship my wallet to the hotel I was staying at AND checked in with me through out the shipment to ensure I received my wallet.

To say I'm grateful and now a hardcore Panera fan is an understatement.

Moral of my story: This Panera goes ABOVE & BEYOND when it comes to customer service or at least Greg does. This act of kindness made what could've been a complete nightmare, a simple process of getting my wallet back - which was returned with all cash still in it.

My mother and I grab a couple of sandwiches and a very large container of broccoli cheese soup, through the drive thru, after a long flight, & take it home & enjoy. So much easier than going to a grocery store buying and then cooking. Very convenient, for good for you food. It's a tradition now, to stop after flights, & get delicious food. Yum! Can't wait to fly again!

I will this location all the props due! When a mistake is made, they go above and beyond to take care of their guest. Taylor is an amazing manager, and I never get bad food from them. Also my dog adores the workers on his morning drives with me hahah. Awesome work and keep it up!

Honestly I really love this particular Panera I’ve been to several but this one seems to be more consistent than most. Every sandwich and drink I’ve ever gotten from here seems on point. If i wanted to go to Panera and this one was 10 minutes further away than the closest one I would definitely drive the extra 10 minutes.

This food is always so amazing. The staff seems to always be happy, too! Great people, and never upset when you ask a question - helpful and kind. The food is on the healthy side, just watch your portions. Although it is fairly pricey.

Panera Bread feels like one of those places where they have nailed down their consistency.
This was another great experience! The food was warm and wonderful. The service was fast and friendly. If I have one thing to criticize it would be that the prices are a bit high. Not a complaint... everything else was outstanding.

I highly recommend Panera Bread!
