Novant Health Northwest Family Medicine

We were looking for a primary care physician in the Novant system for our mom. After reading reviews, we decided to try Novant Northwest Family and we have been so impressed. Courtney Keatts, NP, and her nurse Ginger have been amazing. They are so caring and kind. They both take the time to listen and answer any questions or concerns. We are very thankful to have found such knowledgeable and compassionate medical staff.

Best and most compassionate, loving caring people ever! Always since the day I walked in this practice and I am turning 62 years old this month. I highly recommend this practice and all the people there make it great!

Novant Health New Garden is the best doctors, Katherine Hemberg is my doctor there I love her and have been with her for years, even followed her when she went to New Garden from another office. Dr. Corrington has great "bedside manners." He took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and was very knowledgeable. My appointment was comfortable and unrushed. I'm glad I picked him.

Staff are very friendly and courteous. Medical staff knowledgeable and explain things thoroughly and answer any and all questions you may have. Always an excellent experience here. Marsha is the best !!!! Very caring and compassionate, goes over any concerns I have and is very thorough discussing test results. Very responsive to after visit messages sent via MyChart. Have being coming here many years and have seen two of the three providers and the experience has always been the best !!!!

I highly recommend this doctor's office I say this because every nurse and doctor in that place is always after your health as well as love and care over you in every blessed way!! They would get more than five stars if I could give that to them LOL!! I do highly recommend Marsha White and her nurses by far!! They are so loving and caring in all they do!!
