Food Lion

Very pleasant visit, cashier, John, was very friendly as we chatted briefly. Clean, bright relatively new store had the 2 items in stock that I stopped for.

Let's jump right in. You will never find another food lion this awesome. The staff is professional, the service is amazing and the convenience of shopping is the best. Vicky the store manager knows how to run those check out lanes, i've never had to wait in a silly long line at all, which is common with most food lions. Brandy, Jessica, Lexi, Nick and all the others rock, great personalities, and totally loyal to us customers. If you're ever looking for a different Food Lion shopping experience that is awesome take the drive out to this location, you'll be glad you did.

My favorite Food Lion (and there sure are a lot of them). Typically stocked well and also easy to find good meat deals. It is kept very clean and I don't usually get stuck in lines, even on busy days.

Absolutely the nicest Food Lion I have ever been in. Clean, well stocked, every amenity that you would only expect to find in the more niche (High end) grocery stores. Checkout lines well stocked with clerks, and didn't even have to wait 5 seconds to get into a full service line and start checking out. You would never know we were having a food crisis by going into this particular grocery store. Very impressed, too bad I live so far away from it, or it would be my go to grocery.

I love this food lion! This one is the best food lion among all food lion stores that I have ever shopped. The produce is always fresh and neatly arranged. This is my go to store for all of my eggs, vegetables and fruits. I love the food lion jumbo eggs. I do not eat a lot of meat but if I want to, this is the first store I go as well. The overall price is much cheaper than a lot of other grocery stores. Thanks to all of food lion staffs. You guys have done a wonderful job!

Wow- great shopping experience from start to finish. So easy to find what I was looking for, super deals on typically pricey things like meat and organic produce- staff was attentive and lots of people actively restocking low items. It was a super busy Sunday morning but looked like all hands on deck- it was clean and checkout process was smooth. Long lines but I really didn’t have to wait long. They also have a clearly labeled entry/exit and mask policy. Well done!

Fully staffed! All workers are WORKING! Shelves are stocked up! Meat looks wonderful. I got everything on my list plus more! Wished it was closer to my house.

Ya know, I am not a food lion fan, not enough organics, no boarshead, etc. BUT, this particular location is magical. Every single time I go in I come out smiling. Each and every employee I have interacted with has been an absolute pleasure. I don't know if it is the store culture this particular management team is promoting, or just luck, but this store has an incredible staff. Keep up the good work!

Always friendly , courteous people.This is my favorite Food lion. Always clean and usually well stocked with their weekly adds for sale items. I love their chicken tenders from the deli dept.!!

This store is still our go to location for prices, food freshness guarantees and customer service. Exceptional customer service is provided by the butcher, Tim Queen. My husband likes thicker cuts of ribeye steak and Tim always comes thru. Tim does it so willingly and really seems to love his job. He is so friendly and Hubs loves to engage him for a short conversation. He even showed him the grilled picture and thanked him again for the special cut. Not only was the steak pretty, with lots of filet, the entire steak was SO tender. Tim makes the experience special and we really appreciate him!

I like this store for its prices but I love this store for its staff. They are so helpful. I recently took an organic cucumber back because when I cut it, it looked like it had been frozen. One end was mushy but I thought I just didn’t notice that. When I explained that, the girl was so nice and honest. She said they had that problem before and gave me 200% back. How could you not love these people?

Always feel good shopping for my groceries here. Carry top brands as well as a fairly good in house brand. They have a shelving area dedicated to gluten free items which is fairly comprehensive making it much easier to shop for my husband. There are also.freezer and refrigerated sections for GF items. There are also weekly sales, good produce, etc. Staff is always friendly and willing to help.
