We had are car inspection, they came out to greet us when we arrived. Helped us to get our insurance info. So very professional and quick. Checked out quickly after we passed inspection. I can’t say enough kind things, they worked us in, when we asked to come in the same day, quick courteous service. I was even given a birthday gift as it was my 69 birthday! Thank you! They are local and I highly recommend them. We have been bringing our cars here for years for inspections and repairs.

Amazing experience. Brian Lambert managed my appointment with friendliness and professionalism. I had requested a loaner vehicle when I booked the appointment and they had one ready for me. Their vehicle exam was very thorough and only took about 4 hours for them to complete. Unfortunately they could not repair my vehicle because it was a specialty aftermarket part, but Brian called around town to find me two other businesses that could fix my vehicle. Grade A service all around and they even have a military discount. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will be taking all of my vehicles to Total True Automotive for any vehicle service needs!!!

I visited the establishment today for routine maintenance, including an oil change and tire rotation, a service I regularly utilize. Despite dropping off my car promptly at 8:30 AM, I experienced frustration due to a lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle, necessitating two follow-up calls. However, Brian provided courteous assistance during these interactions, explaining that a power outage had caused delays. Upon retrieving my vehicle, Beth offered a sincere apology and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Despite initial annoyance, I left appreciating the strong emphasis on customer service, which consistently brings me back and prompts my recommendation of this establishment. Additionally, although I initially believed my tires had not been rotated, Josh, the lead foreman, took the time to clarify the matter and demonstrate that the service had indeed been completed. I recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone they ALWAYS go ABOVE and BEYOND!

Beth was amazing and so helpful in getting our car back to us the same day of service. The staff and mechanics here are very friendly and easy to talk to. The value of service and cost is well balanced and well worth it.

They were great. Beth in the office explains the different services they have. They provide quick, efficient and quality service. Send inspection reports and quotes within the pictures of your car by text and email. Great follow up and also provide a AAA discount. Would highly recommend them.

Edgar first looked at our car before we got it to the shop and gave us some recommendations. He was right on. We had our car towed in the next day and Brian did a great job of thoroughly inspecting it and provided us with an estimate the same day. The issues we had with our car and the work was completed in a timely manner and cost was reasonable. They stood behind their warranty 100%. Being new to the area we are glad to know that we have a shop we can take our vehicles to that we can trust. They even took care of our state inspection so we are able to register our vehicle on time. Oh and, they even washed our car for us.

The folks at the Schertz location are amazing. We use them for all of our vehicles.

The service is always great. They don't push you into unnecessary repairs.

This was the first time we visited Total True Automotive in Schertz for automatic transmission service on our 2014 Honda Civic, 11-15-2023. Courtesy transportation back home was provided. Beth our advisor was super! Very reasonable price for the service received. Definitely very responsive now on shifting. I also had the oil changed, transmission serviced and a rear differential issue which was successfully resolved 2-2-2024 on my 2014 Ford F150. We are very grateful for the professionalism of the employees at Total True Automotive. Kudos also to Nick my service advisor! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. We had several issues which were addressed and resolved. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and we were informed of the work in progress via texts .

I made an appointment for a state inspection on my vehicle.
I arrived 15 minutes early and Nick had my vehicle taken care of right away. Nick was very personable, and I was offered a water or soda while waiting. The facility appeared clean and well organized. I was pleased with the customer service and plan to return.

Great team here! Worked super hard to find a part on back order and fix our family truck. Really worked with us and kept us up to date along the way.

This is the experience I had with Total True Automotive (Previously Schertz Auto); nothing but extraordinary. Had a flat tyre unfortunately and it was quite draining trying to find a good tyre shop that carries a particular performance EV tyre.

This shop was recommended by AAA so decided to try it out after going to a quite dissatisfying shop that would not allow me to leave the car overnight while the tyre arrives. Not only did they offer gated/camera monitored storage while the tyre arrives, they explained everything quite clearly as well as educating the cutsomer about tyres and what/where to look.

Due to my crazy work schedule, they even offered remote payment system via text/email, afterhours pickup instructions, and even a Lyft to pick you up/drop you off to/from the shop! Not only that, their tyre prices are extremely competitive.

Brian and Nick were particularly helpful and understanding. They even offer military discount! This is probably one of the best tyre shops I have ever been to and definitely deserves their high rating.

Because of this great experience, I'll definitely be coming back for my tyre/automotive needs. Keep up the good work Brian, Nick and Total True Auto!

The BEST car shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve only ever taken my vehicle to the dealership but there is not one close to where I live anymore and they were cheaper, faster, and more informative than the dealership ever was. They recommended services that I should do and ones I can wait on without any pressure to do any of it if I didn’t want to. Will never go anywhere else again for my vehicle needs.
