The staff at Wired were courteous & knowledgeable.
They never made me feel like an idiot because I'm not very tech savvy. A detailed description of everything that was done was provided and I felt the cost was reasonable. Service was also very timely. I would definitely recommend Wired to anyone needing computer repair or just maintenance.

These guys are honest and awesome! My husband just went to them for help with his cellphone. We bought our laptop from them a few years ago and are so glad we did!

Excellent customer service, and the amount of time they spent with me, was well worth any amount of money. The entire staff is very professional & friendly. Jimmy is extremely knowable about Apple products. He transferred data on an new I-mac & a new Mac book Air and spent as much time as we needed to explain the new options. If u have any computer, I-pad, phone, etc., questions, please don't hesitate to use WIRED for any services! They are the best!!!

Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. Remote help was a breeze and so convenient. Fee was very fair and worth every minute of it!

I could not be happier with the professional service we received at 'Wired'! We took in our half-assembled computer case with a couple of boxes of parts, and they put all into working order quickly, at an extremely reasonable cost, and with lots of friendly kindness.

Jason worked with me the most in person. He did a great job and is very pleasant to work with. He helped me with many password changes since I was scammed pretty bad. He gave me a new ASUS computer to use while they transferred my info from my old MacBook Pro that had a bad speaker and battery system to my new Apple Air. The staff & service are great! I brought my iPad in on Monday to get the screen repaired & I was able to pick it up on Wednesday. Not only did the screen have damage, but there was also I hole in the iPad under the screen. It’s looks brand new !!! I’m thrilled with the service & timing.

Scheduled a remote appointment and called right on time. Nathan had our printer problem resolved in a timely manner and then used the remainder of our appointment to delete some unneeded advertising and change a few settings for our ease of use. Polite, reliable and reasonably priced service.

Wired has the very best computer techs and they can dumb-down to whatever level is required in explaining the problems on one’s computer. So professional, polite and responsive.

A little pricey, but well worth it! "You get what you pay for" rings true here. If you want a punctual, professional, high quality job and experience, these are your guys. I highly recommend them!

I can't praise the guys at Wired enough! I needed to replace my aging and ailing desktop and they guided me to what I needed but did not try to sell me more. Jason is not only knowledgeable but genuinely cares about his customers. I would recommend them to anyone who needs tech support or is looking for new hardware. I'm so glad I chose them and I'm thankful for Jason. Highly recommended!

I had a tablet lock up. They were able to diagnose the problem. It is now working great!
Then I had problems with my new laptop. They were able to set it up and now it is working great.
