Electric recliner broke on first use. Fixed it myself but guy was a bit of an a -- -- hole when I picked part up !

My mother in law has bought several pieces of furniture from here over the years. She purchased a $1200 special order couch and had to wait for several months for it. The couch itself is beautiful to look at?. Not very comfortable and not to mention when they delivered the couch the delivery man bent her metal screen door. This is a $400 door they claim was "already like that"? How would you know.? My mother in law takes excellent care of everything! You can guarantee her door did not have a dent before they delivered this couch. If she did have a dent, she would have been the first person to notice.. and of course she noticed it.. as soon as it was done. No apology and or any attempt to fix this. That's not being honest.
