Second time having a major repair done at ETE. Both times have had great service. The guys there are as professional as they come, and working with Jeff was a great experience. They came in under the time estimate and all costs were upfront nothing was hidden. They kept open communication as to the status of my car throughout the whole process. I can't recommend ETE enough

Based on my experience with ETE this will be my go to shop for everything that I'm unable to do myself at home, the most responsive, honest and most affordable shop I've ever worked with, when a transmission issue happened with one of my vehicles I rely on everyday I took to ETE, after hours drop. They called me right away, already looked at and proceeded with looking into the issue, was notified later that day with multiple options, I agreed to go ahead and repair it and was done in a few days at a very reasonable cost. Car is shifting better than it ever has and the whole process was as good as can be. I don't leave reviews but this place deserves it.

I appreciate seeing the same front desk people after not being here for several years. Says something very good about the management. The work done on my truck was without any "extra" surprises. Very happy with my service and definitely will recommend ETE to others.

At the recommendation of a coworker/friend, I took my daughters truck to ETE to have them look at the Trans. They could have easily sold me on a new trans but were instead honest and disclosed the true issue. Although parts were no longer available, they found a solution for us for less than 300 bucks. I now intend to take my vehicle there for some work. Screw the dealerships.

Transmission for any repair of your vehicle. I had my Ford Escape at another repair shop and they couldn't fix it. It needed a new transmission. That's not something you want to hear. E & T made it as painless as possible and updated me along the way, checking with me before doing anything. I had another issue that they repaired and only charged me for the part not labor. I had my car back in less than 2 days. They are top notch and I will continue to use them in the future.

I have come to ETE for serval engine/suspensions problems over the past few years. Vince, Jeff, Oscar and the team are the best around. They are clear, direct and not out here gouging you for money. Their services are timely and well done. I am preparing to sell my car and they have provided me with really good advice to help make informed decisions to increase the cars value. I am not a car expert by any means, so I greatly appreciate how approachable and informative the staff is here. I would highly recommend ETE.

Thanks for the inexpensive repair to my Saturn. I'm glad you're frustrating my wife by inexpensively repairing it, because then I don't have to get a new car to replace it like she wants. Just don't want another car payment. Lol

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I made an appointment on Saturday and I was able to get in first thing Monday morning. The workers took me seriously and were able to address the problem and give me a fair price to get it done same day. They even reworked their schedule so I was able to get to work. If you have car issues, this is the place to go.

Once again, my experience with ETE was an excellent one! I am grateful for the great work they do, and it is comforting to have a mechanic that you implicitly trust!

Thanks to Engine & Transmission Exchange on 2727 S. 27th St, On 9/22/23, they were able to fix the fustrating codes that I had to deal with (P0101, P0171) on my 2010 Toyota Camry LE. I was able to drop my car off overnight to the shop. ETE gave me a waived diagnostic (Thanks so much!), and ordered me a brand new OEM Airbox that fixed and cleared my codes for only $140! Since then (10/11/23), My car has felt brand new. This is the Go-To shop for all my future car issues. Thanks Vince!

Got work done on my Acura ZDX about 3 to 4 months ago cost me a lot but the work was worth it, haven’t had a problem wit my transmission since getting it done with ETE. Thanks VINCE ETE

Really enjoyed my experience with ETE! AAA recommended this place to tow after my car broke down recently.

ETE listened to every detail of the situation and were thorough in their evaluation of my car. They were willing and flexible when I asked for further diagnostics on the engine. Never felt pressured to make a decision. Even though I ended up not getting the repairs done due to the cost outweighing the value of the vehicle, I would gladly return.

Found this shop in an emergency for my daughter’s car while at school a year ago. Just used them a second time and they are beyond honest, helpful and do great work. Will always be repeat customer!

I take my 2011 Town & Country to ETE knowing that they will do what's needed to keep it running but won't overcharge me for things that aren't needed on a 13 year old minivan with well over 200K miles on it.

I am so pleased with ETE and the service I received . Very professional and the hospitality was A1 which means a lot coming from a southern gal. They gave me the best options for my SUV and I didn’t feel pressured like I didn’t have a choice like most places do. I needed brakes so bad on my SUV and I knew this beforehand but didn’t have the money to get them fixed….I was just going to worry about that when I got more money but I received a call the next day and was told by Vince(who is the greatest) that they were going to fix my brakes at no extra charge to me. See there are still great people in this world and if you ever need great service and people that truly care I strongly suggest you take your vehicles to ETE!
