Eventhough I am not a professional hair or nail person I love being able to purchase top grade nail files at Sally Beauty Supply in Franklin NC. They have a wide variety of products that are used by professionals but are also available for anybody to purchase. Kind, knowledgeable people who are willing to help you out with whatever you need. Hair die, shampoo or Salon Supplies are available here.

Love Sally's! They carry everything but kitchen sinks....lol. Love their makeup brushes, hair supplies have enormous selection. Great self nail care selection. Everything a woman needs to look her best. Great pricing too!

I buy all my hair products frm Sally's Beauty Supplies. Most that I enjoy is the staff, always prompt, awareness of your needs is always precise, satisfaction guarantee. Pleasant and cheerful and appricitve. Rewards are presented when avilable. I luv this store so glad its not out of my way frm my destination.

They were not friendly at all. I ask a sales lady for help and she was not to happy she rolled her eyes at me and showed me hair color and turned away and walked off...l will not be going back anytime soon.

Went in today 7/14/22 around 5pm to do an exchange I had a receipt. The young blonde at the register was not friendly and did not help me when I asked for something I was looking for she never left the register there was no one else in the store she could have helped me find what I was looking for she was cold and uncaring. Terrible customer service I will not be returning.

Hiring people at 7.25!?!? Train them up, and pay them well. No one’s time is worth that little, makes sense why there’s such low work ethics here.
