Always the first place I go to look for shoes for my kiddos and 95% of the time it's the only place I go because we always find something we like for a reasonable price! I also love the fact that if they don't have your size in the shoe you want, they will have it delivered within 3-5 days!!

Always great service. This is my go to for shoes because if they don't have they don't hesitate to locate and ship to you.

Store was clean and they actually had my size (10 wide women's) I was thrilled. They also announced while I was there that they were having a buy one get one half off. I ended up with 2 pair of sneakers (one Nike and one New Balance) for less than $95.

The displays were very easy to see and finding the correct shoe size, also very easy to locate. I found a shoe in clearance I wanted, went to locate an employee, he was right around the corner. He was polite, and helped me in literary less than a minute. Great shoe store. I will be back soon.

The Lady named Shantay that works there is the best salesperson that I have ever encountered. I went in to purchase 1 pair of shoes but she made it so comfortable that ended up purchasing 4 pairs of shoes but received discounts and it fit my budget. Never had someone like Shantay, I hope Shoe Carnival gives her a raise.

Great shoe sale. Really like shopping here, if they don't have your size they will order and have them shipped to your home address free of charge.

The associate was very knowledgeable directed me to the website and help me get an extra $10 off my purchase which is not the norm for most customer service Representatives thanks a bunch I enjoyed!
