Very good services! They always help me out in the way they can and my parents have been with State Farm for such a long time that even I have taken the steps to continue being a part of the John Nuemuller State Farm Family! :)

There is a reason why have had stayed with State Farm for over 20 years. John and his team have always provided great service and finding me the best options and rates.

I am very pleased with the many options presented by John Neumueller. I have more than ample coverage at a minimal cost. I also learned that many things like AAA are not needed when you ad towing. This in not something I ever use, but it is nice to know that I have it.

Very happy working with this Agency. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. And very easy to get in touch with a worker quickly to answer any questions.

John and his team are extremely helpful each step of the way when I have questions regarding my insurance. They are always fast to respond and do so in a professional manner. They are able to explain not only what happened (if price went up, discounts, etc...) but the why as well. When I have gone into the office they are always welcoming and willing to sit down and talk through any questions/requests I might have. When I call or email with a concern or question they are on top of that as well. I highly recommend John & his team to anyone looking for insurance!

I have been a State Farm customer since I owned my first car. Their customer service, knowledge of the industry, and great coverage and rates have given me no reason to ever look anywhere else. John Neumueller and his staff have always met or exceeded these company standards. I would highly recommend their expertise to anyone.

Been with State Farm ever since I was 16 with my 1st car. The service has always been prompt and courteous. I haven't had a bad experience working with any part of the company. I moved and switch to his agency about 7 years ago, and the excellent service has continued. Each year he updates me on their current offerings, and discusses my coverage. He has even made recommendations to me that wouldn't benefit him but would help me with consolidating coverages. He made that comment knowing it would take a part of my policy from him. I respect and appreciate that honesty.

We have been very impressed by John Neumueller's agency. We have never had such a thorough and attentive insurance relationship with any other insurance company. While I do not have any experience with their claims department, I know that the office itself is very responsive and appear to genuinely want the best for you as a policy holder. I would definitely recommend this State Farm office. Both Carl and John go out of their way to ensure that your needs are being taken care of appropriately and cost-effectively.

John and his staff are all you can ask for in an insurance agency. All friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Kate in particular has been my primary contact and helped me on several occasions, most recently on a claim with some thorny logistical issues.

I switched to this insurance company about a year and a half ago. Not only did I save quite a bit of money on my policy, but I have also experienced quick responses to my questions, honesty, professionalism and a sense that my best interest, and most cost effective ways of earning business is a top priority. I had a wonderful relationship with my prior agent and was reluctant to make the switch, but I have been pleased and perfectly happy with John and Kate at State Farm.

I have been speaking with Betty for the past few days regarding help with roadside assistance, and applying new coverages to my auto policy. Betty has been very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for their various insurance needs.

Excellent customer service. Very polite and helpful over the phone, even more inviting when I stop in the office. Always available to schedule a time to meet and review policies. Offer advice using tools that I have only seen at State Farm that no other previous insurance company has had. Nice to be able to talk to all knowledgeable office staff if agent is unavailable. I really prefer having an agent/ office in that is near me, not just a 1-800 number to call. I recommend switching to John's office today!

I normally deal with Kate when needed, but, I have dealt with John himself, and other office staff when problems arise or I have questions. The communication out of their office is outstanding and never lacking in my experiences; the phone seldom rings more than twice and someone answers! I have sent a couple friends to them for insurance and they have all switched to John Neumueller’s office for their insurance as well.

Switched insurance after 15 years. Everyone was so friendly and Jamie answered all my questions, got me a great quote saving $200/yr plus a car tracking devise to assist with more savings. It was easy, quick and the best move I’ve made for insurance! Thank you all!

Our first experience with the John Neumueller Ins Agency was getting a Humana Medicare Advantage plan for my husband. We were so pleased with the quality of service we decided to enroll in a second Humana plan for myself along with switching to State Farm Insurance for our home, auto and recreational equipment. John and Jamie were very personable and thorough with the whole process.

I cannot say enough about John Neumeller at our local State Farm office and the others that work in his office, Kate, Jamie and Carl… they all make up the most professional and helpful insurance group in our area. Top notch and that’s an understatement. I have and will continue to refer friends and family to them because I have not gotten this responsive, kind and helpful service anywhere else. They have taken care of all of our insurance needs and have helped take care of any questions or items we might have needed help with. I would not recommend anyone else.

I worked with Kate at John Neumueller State Farm Agency to get my renters and liability insurance for my business set up and I would not recommend going anywhere else! She was incredibly professional and got back to me right away with any questions I had and any information I needed. She also explained the details of the policies so I knew what I was looking into without question. It was great to work with John. He took a few minutes out to get to know his clients more personally. His staff has great customer service and his knowledge base is great! I cannot speak highly enough of this State Farm branch. I've always trusted the insurance and value I receive, but all the more they treat their customers so well. Much of the team knows me by name and is familiar with my family and our differing needs. They also recently helped me with a move out of state, being willing to take the work off my shoulders and helped answer my questions that others couldn't. So importantly, they ensured me that they would continue to be available as I needed help in my transition, I feel so well taken care of. I would definitely recommend!
