The Service Station Restaurant

Excellent food and service in a small specialty restaurant. Had the special of the day which was a chicken fried chicken breast sandwich on sourdough toast with fries. It was the largest piece of chicken I've ever had on a sandwich! Phenomenal taste crispy breading on a huge piece of chicken. The fries were great too. They were very busy but service was not impacted. Also had a cheese burger with avocado and bacon.

Excellent place to eat. Turn back time decor.
We had The Riviera (steaks) and they were cooked to perfection. Friendly folks.

One place in this town with all the hamburger places that the taste is the same today as it was 10 years ago. I've been going there for I don't know how many decades they always had. Top notch, food service atmosphere and everything. Jim

Ordered the Gremlin, triple decker club sandwich, fries, drink (tea). Food was very good, total was $15. While pricey the service was very attentive and decor was interesting.

I like this little restaurant. Definitely has an old school pub kind of a feel and I actually ate outside on the patio which was just an awesome experience as the sun was going down and they turned all their lighting on out there was definitely a good vibe. The food was great as well and we spoke to the owner who was a really good person. Everything that I'd have to say about this place is all positive nothing negative to think about or say towards this place whatsoever.

It's been a minute since I've dined at The Service Station. I don't know why. This place is a local classic, with wonderful staff, great food, and exceptional drinks! I like tequila and margaritas. It's hard to find anywhere that doesn't just keep margarita mix on tap (yawn). I LOVE that my drinks were actually mixed and made when I ordered them! Other drinks at the table were also fresh and wonderful. The food was really fantastic - very fresh! Everything on the table was worth coming back for! This place makes you feel at ease. I'm coming back to try the other 6 dishes I wanted to order last night. And they were so nice to send out a small sample of their chicken salad to try because I couldn't make up my mind! Definitely get their chips and salsa appetizer - both are made fresh daily! YUM!

The staff was friendly and very helpful when it came to the menu. The salsa and chips were fresh and homemade. We had chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. Everything was delicious! High recommending this place. Great atmosphere as well!! Love the transportation theme! We will definitely be back!

I have eaten here several times over the past few years and I have never had anything bad, or bad service. It's truly one of the places I count on when I'm looking for consistency. Everything about it is just right down to the old metal signs on the wall. Love it!!

Excellent service, food is always fresh and we'll prepared. Staff is so friendly and helpful. GREAT beverages! Best french fries (homemade) incredible home made blue cheese dressing! Salmon dill deal is great. Salads...best anywhere.

A classic location in Norman if it ever closed its doors I don't know what we would do. The service is always fantastic people who work there are as friendly as anyone could be. Scarily I've been going to this establishment since the late 80s. And I will of course continue to return.

My husband and I ate here this evening. Simply amazing, really nice and helpful and GREAT food. We will definitely be making this a regular place to visit.

Best mixed drinks, wines and beers handed across an amazing antique wooden bar with matching back bar behind.
With a large selection of professionally dished fare that's uniquely and creatively named after automobiles and auto parts, "The Service Station" is the MUST try location that possesses that special hideaway atmosphere that makes you feel like your finally back home!!!

I can't even BEGIN to tell you how GREAT the food, atmosphere, staff, etc., were at The Service Station. The filet I had here would have cost a hundred dollars or more in some places. You could LITERALLY cut it with a fork. The salmon was exquisite, and I CAN'T BELIEVE, I've been living in Norman 4 months and didn't know about this place. Best meal of in four months... Check that, probably for YEARS!

Very good vibe!! Staff are awesome and the atmosphere is really laid back. I always have an awesome time there with friends and family!

The best food-always fresh, service is top notch. The menu items are named after cars and car parts. Personally I suggest the cutlass supreme salad-blackened chicken with spinach, lettuce, mushrooms onions. Get the house dressing -its amazing. Stopped to eat yesterday. Still awesome eats

Great little mom and pop burger joint. A nice sized burger and good portion of fries without being too much. I paired it up with a Shiner Bock and man it hit the spot. A definite must try.

I have NEVER received bad or even slow service here. Menu is varied but the quality isn’t. I go here almost daily because they always get it right. At lunch I can get a good meal here quicker than practically any fast food drive through.

We are back in our home town for a High School Reunion and went here because it used to be a favorite. It was just as good as we remembered. Fantastic Food, Service and the Coldest Beer we have had in town!

Food is awesome! Service is top notch. My wife and I dine here several times a month, one of our favorite restaurants. Please give it a try you will not be disappointed.
