Great family owned business!

This was my go to location for Greek paraphernalia in the early 2000s. However, things have really changed. I ordered a custom sweatshirt in august and never received a call as promised. After no firm dates or status updates (just the “we are busy excuse”). I asked for my money back and was given a refund. The business appears to be ran very poorly these days. I was shocked by the customer service. This prompted me to ask if there were new owners. I was told that the same ownership was in place. Terrible experience, I’m really saddened that I couldn’t get the quality and customer service that I had grown accustomed to.

I have now been waiting 4 FULL MONTHS for a sewing project to be completed by the owner of the Apothem.

I am at my wits end and do not know what to do to make them follow through on their promise so I am posting here. I have sent friends in to inquire what the hold up is (I live 1000 miles away, which is not helping me), and they are told the same as me - they will get to it. But they never do. Nor do they contact me with an update, which they have now promised at least 4 people they would do.

I have been ignored by the owner while simply trying to get the status of my project. Her staff tells me she will call and she does not. She ignores texts I send her, which was her requested way for us to communicate.

It was a a slightly more complicated project than originally thought, but there is no way it takes anything close to this long to wash a jersey, even 30 times. The owner told me the sewing would take about an hour, so what's the hold up??? Unfortunately, it seems that unless you are the University of Oklahoma - their primary client - you get zero attention.

I just want my jersey in time to wear for any game this season. They received the project August 5th after estimating it to take TWO weeks. It is now December. I have already missed the entire regular season because of this debacle. I now have (at least) one more game this year, PLEASE get me my jersey by then so I can show my Sooner spirit as I hoped to do this summer.

This is borderline despicable treatment of a customer of 20+ years.

Ordered something to pick up 2 weeks ago, no one ever answers the question phone. They open at 11 and they are never here when they are supposed to open. Awful customer service!!

Horrible customer service, does not open on time. Needs to get a Facebook page where they have updates/closings because I’ve been 3 times when they’re “open” but they are not.
