U-Haul Moving & Storage of Granville Station

I loved the experience! On January 27 I went to pick up a truck for moving-out purposes. Sandy (the employee) helped me from the get-go. Very friendly, courteous, and explained everything to me. I had set up the return time as 3pm, and asked if I could have one more hour, and she didn’t hesitate and told me I could get the truck until 7pm, free of charge!! I moved my things, returned the truck at 3:58pm, she checked the truck and that was it! Super easy, affordable (I’m Puerto Rican and I’m sure if I had used a moving truck there, I’d be paying a lot more). I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to move with ease, have someone who isn’t your typical “hi, what can I get you?”, and doesn’t want to be ripped off price-wise!! Sandy, you’re the best! 😊👏🏻🚚

UPDATE: went here again in late November of 2022, and Sandy’s husband helped me and the experience was lovely, yet again. I HIGHLY recommend this specific location for U-Haul. These people are personable and courteous😊😊

SECOND UPDATE: went here couple days ago and Joe was friendly and nice as usual. His approach is easy going. I didn’t meet Sandy this time around but she’s still great. Give these people a visit when you want a truck or storage or supplies! 👏🏻👏🏻😃😃

So the older guy who works there - I want to say his name is Joe - but I could be wrong. He was amazing and the best CSR I’ve had ever experienced while going into a store. He deserves a raise

Joe was terrific - both a pick up and drop off. The price was reasonable and the equipment was in great condition. Very easy to reserve online, and a very easy rental. Two thumbs up.

Joe and his associate were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating! I really do appreciate such great service and would go out of my way to come here again! They are also practicing clean and safe covid measures more than any other business I've seen.

The best place to store all your things. The staff I've known for a long time and they are still so friendly I wouldn't choose any where else to put my valuables then here. They also have great rates on the rentals on their trucks. I recommend this place for sure. For rental needs on units call them.

I love the small town feel I got walking thru the door at this office. Sweet and caring. You both put up with me having to reschedule and cancel and then extend my time with the truck.. I appreciate your patience with me! Now take a vacation! You 2 deserve it! Thank you so much!

Great customer service! I would recommend them to all of my family and friends for storage and U-Haul needs. This place needs to be the poster board for great customer service!

Very nice and friendly staff. The moving boxes the sell are reasonably priced as well. Way less expensive then other spots. Used them a few times for a moving truck and then whole process was easy!

Service is top notch. Easy u-haul pickup and drop off. Probably been to most locations around 10 miles, this seems to be the best.

Just need to say that Joe at this Uhaul location is an excellent person to work with. Thumbs up and five stars!
