Prisma Health Children's Hospital After-Hours Care–Greenville

Went in with my daughter, who had a bead stuck up her nose. They had is seen and out the door in 15 minutes. Bead easily removed with a special tool they had.

Super fast service. Our boy was treated nicely, quickly, and professionally. Very pleased with the visit. Wonderful job, staff.

Only thing I would recommend is building another after hours so more patients/ walk ins are accepted

I was sent here by my pediatrician for my one year old to receive an injection that was necessary over the weekend. I called and couldn’t get anyone on the phone, drove over there to find that they were closed even though the hours were listed online. I ended up returning to be seen the next day, I did get what I needed. I could have looked past the long wait time, but honestly the nurse and the doctor both were rather unpleasant and seemed irritated by my unhappy 1 year old (who has been suffering with a double ear infection for 3 months). I just feel like people who work with children should be more patient with children? Nothing particularly wrong with the care but I will try my best not to return if possible. I also find it extremely frustrating how hard it was to get an appointment for an after hours care clinic.

Clinic was highly recommended as a place to take our toddler as we just moved here and did not have a pediatrician since everyone is COMPLETELY BOOKED all of the time. Upon arrival during the hours posted on both google and Prisma's website, there were no cars in the parking lot and there is a sign posted on the door, saying that no walk-ins are being accepted and to "call this number to schedule an appointment" which defeats the purpose of an after hours urgent care. This was extremely disappointing with a sick child needing to be seen and nothing that can be done for him.

Voice.ail says permanently closed but Google says still open. Don't come here if you need after hours care because that part is permanently closed.
