There aren't enough stars to select to express the amazing and beautiful service I received from Barnhardt Jewelers. I lost the diamond in my wedding band while away from home going to see my dad who had just broken his hip. The trip to my family was stressful enough but looking down and seeing I had lost my diamond was heartbreaking for me.
On my return home I went to Barnhardt Jewelers who came highly recommended by my husband. They were so helpful, took so much time with me and since my ring was insured just helped with that process as well.
When I went to pick up my ring I was so close to tears because it was absolutely beautiful. More beautiful than I even remembered. I can't stop looking at it!!! The quality of the repair is obvious, and I feel so much better about being able to wear my ring all the time. I will definitely be taking advantage of the service they offer to provide regular care for my ring to avoid an incident like I experienced from happening again.
I highly recommend Barnhardt Jewelers and look forward to working with them again in the future. Their associates are so kind, knowledgeable and seem to understand how much your jewelry means to you.

Went in to get a couple of watch batteries replaced. The young lady was very helpful and the batteries were replaced why I waited.

One of the watches still did not run and she explained in detail my other options and the cost to have them determine what else was wrong.

Treated very nicely and welcomed with a smile promptly when I walked in the store.

Best place around and local owned. Dealt with Cole and Debbie and had the best experience. They even rushed sizing because I’m flying out of country to propose so they could help make it happen. Also had bought from Kay and brought it in and they showed me a better ring with same specs for literally half of what the other place wanted and it had higher grade of cut and color for better price. So glad I stopped to see Cole and the crew to make sure I got the best deal and I did when I walked out of Barnhardt Jewlers! Coming back to get a band when I get back! This was my first visit to Barnhardt Jewelers. The associates upon entering were very cordial, knowledgeable, and willing to assist me with my ring even though it had not been purchased at this location. I lost one of the stones which needed to be replaced upon further check by the jeweler it also needed three prongs replaced. I picked up my ring today and am so pleased. Once again a very pleasant experience. Great customer service!

Shop Local! This is a wonderful small town jeweler that offers first class repairs and has a beautiful selection of jewelry. I highly recommend them anytime you need a repair, or are just looking for a special piece of jewelry!

Barnhardts is by far the best jeweler in our area. They also do repair on jewelry and in my case a cherished pocket watch. I needed a new battery but the watch used very small batteries..no problem.. Barnhardts replaced the battery and I was in and out in ten minutes..I also commend them for the customer service.. they actually care for their customers..

Always friendly courteous service. The repair work is the best around! Prices in the store are very fair, as well. It's a family business, and they treat you like family. My setting was missing a small diamond which took away from the beauty of my ring.💍 Also the prongs caught on and snagged some of my clothing.
I had been quoted a MUCH higher price elsewhere.
I asked how long it might take to repair it, realizing this is a busy season for them. Debbie said about two weeks. Talk about under promising and OVER DELIVERING!! I received a call the very next afternoon that it was ready for pickup!🤗🤗 What a nice surprise!😁

Great walk in service for getting my rings and earrings cleaned, new watch battery and link removal. I was able to drop them off and come back 30 minutes later and everything was done and ready for pick up.

Really sweet and friendly service at Barnhardt Jewelers and fast too! I dropped off my wedding ring to have prongs retipped. I was told my ring would be ready within 2 weeks. It was ready in 3 days!! I highly recommend this hometown jeweler!!

The staff at Barnhardt's are super friendly .. I have only had my jewelry fixed there and they do a excellent job plus you get it back very quickly.. They fixed my husband's chain and called me the next day to pick it up. Great service.
