Santos Chef

Walking in this was my very first visit. The staff was very attentive and made us feel welcomed. The ambiance was great with some music playing in the background to set the mood. The menu was varied enough that I had a hard time deciding on what I wanted to eat; I finally settled on the Brazilian Salmon. The salad came out quickly and the main course shortly thereafter giving enough time to complete your starter. The Salmon was fork tender and tasted exquisitely. One can see the restaurant is popular as it filled up quickly, noting many guests had reservations. I will certainly visit again and try something else off the menu. I highly recommend this establishment.

Another wonderful meal. I have been here about 5 times now and have never been disappointed. I crave the French onion soup. The raspberry salad dressing is amazing! And they can do no wrong w their chicken or steak! My favorite place to eat in Salisbury.

This is the best place for Italian in the area! They brought out hot fresh bread to the table, I'm gluten free and was never so tempted to just nibble it smelled so good but thankfully my salad came out and that balsamic vingarette was so yummy. I ordered the Pollo picatta with gluten free pasta. . Hands down the best most amazing gluten free pasta I've ever eaten, so delicious when my hubby ordered dessert, I ordered another small bowl of pasta this time with marinara sauce. .I can't even describe how spectacular this gluten free pasta is!!!! Then Chef Santos came over and we tried to convince him to come over to our neck of the woods, but he's so loved here. . I'll just come back!!!!

Amazing food and super friendly staff. Different menu regularly. Great Salmon, Delicious Filet Mignon, Unbelievable Scallops, everything is delicious, you can't go wrong. Full bar, if you would like a drink with your dinner. Very nice place, 5 star fine dining, but there isn't a harsh dress code. A Reservation is a good idea. Great for Date Night, a dinner with friends or supper with the family. Children's Menu is great too, same menu as adults, just a smaller portion. Best restaurant in town!

The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so awesome! We showed up not knowing we needed a reservation as we are not from NC, but the chef agreed to seat us anyway. The service was 5 star from start to finish. We had the stuffed salmon and the crystal scallops and both were divine!

My wife & I used to eat at Chef Santos ' restaurant in Roanoke, VA back in the late 80s & early 90s. We were thrilled when we recently found out that he has been in Salisbury, NC since 1995. Last night was our first experience of dining at his Salisbury location. We weren't disappointed. It was WONDERFUL! We will be making the 50 minute drive from High Point many more times!

Food was excellent. I ordered the spaghetti, my grandmother had the ravioli, my mom had the lasagna, and my son had just a bowl of plain noodles. The meat sauce with the spaghetti was delicious. I ate my entire plate! Also, the bread that was served with the balsamic vinegrette sauce 😋 👌, I could have ate it all by myself. I'll definitely be going back one day to try some of the other dishes on the menu.

Wonderful place to eat. Excellent all around. Loved the food. Staff friendly and helpful. Will eat there again!

Great experience here at Chef Santos. Food and service is top notch. I have been twice and enjoyed it greatly each time. Small gem in downtown Salisbury. If you have not been, you should go.

It's Italian so be prepared for a pasta with just about every dish.

This trip had a salmon (on Angel hair pasta).
Cooked to my request for medium good;
Not a very robust filet of salmon not so good.

With a generous wine pour really can't go wrong with this solid choice in town.

Exceptional fine dining atmosphere at this local Salisbury restaurant. Very popular with locals and visitors alike. Chef inspired entrées and popular Italian pasta and pizza favorites too. Nice wine selection, beer, and hard liquor available too. Friendly service.

Chef Santos and the staff created fantastic dishes and treated us with great hospitality for my parent's 60th Wedding Anniversary celebration. Fantastic meals, and friendly staff in a cozy restaurant with character. We look forward to dining here again next time in Salisbury.

Great food and open on a Sunday evening. We ate there one Sunday evening in October. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, great for a dinner with my wonderful husband. The portions were good size, reasonable cost and best of all, tasted great! If we go back to Salisbury, NC we would definitely enjoy another meal here.

I absolutely loved my first experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and I could tell that chef Santos poured his heart and soul into his food. The atmosphere and waitstaff were awesome as well. We will definitely be returning to enjoy more amazing experiences.

If your looking for classic ,fresh , Italian cuisine look no further I'm a big fan of Chef Santos . While your there you will get a romantic home style environment that sets his restaurant above the more fast food Italian establishments. Quality hasn't changed over the many years iv enjoyed the experience of dining there. Fantastic food.

The dishes are excellent. The fresh baked bread is superb. This is one of our favorites to visit. Wait staff always does a great job. My go to is the crab stuffed chicken! So good! If you are there toward the end of the night, Chef Santos may have time to come out and say hello. He always has interesting stories to tell!

I can’t believe I have lived in Salisbury for 18 years and never tried this place! The Pollo Piccata, Lasagna, spaghetti and meatballs, and pollo cuscinetti where amazing!!
