Mercy Urgent Care Burnsville

I tried to call to schedule an appointment but the system kept trying to direct me to schedule by website. As I was driving on the interstate that was not something I could do, and there were a lot of prompts to have to work through on the phone to try and get through. I ended up taking an exit and parking to schedule online. Would have been much easier to have a simple way to call for those who cannot easily get online. The online scheduling was very easy.

Once at the office all of the staff were extremely nice and professional. They were a pleasure to interact with, even being sick. They diagnosed me quickly and had a great plan for treatment and recovery worked out in a short time frame. Would highly recommend seeing them if you have a health care need.

The front desk is very helpful. I suggested we be able to call and make appointments. I tried but it would never go through. She is aware of this.

Made an online appointment on a Sunday morning. They sent some texts so I could fill out all my paperwork ahead of time. They were quick to get me back and the nurse practitioner was amazing. Everyone was very nice. Thank you for being able to treat me on a Sunday.

I Love All the Doctors/providers at the Burnsville location! They are Amazing every time. Very thorough.
The only thing that could use improvement is the Cleanses of the lobby. Other then that 10/10

I have been to this place twice now for medical and it was a great experience. Staff was very nice . The NP was so concerned with my issue and prescribed a resolution to my problem and saved me money as well. I highly recommend Mercy Urgent Care !!!!

Urgent care of Burnsville was awesome! I was taken care of in a timely manner and the physician listened to me about my concerns and helped me with the situation. They are a great team of healthcare providers and treat patients well.

We went in Christmas Eve day, and we were in and out quickly. Our PA John was nice and did a great job with my 4 year-old. As far as urgent cares go, it was great.

The staff is very friendly. You never want to have to make an urgent care visit, but this clinic was just what we needed in a pinch

Drove from Spruce Pine because the Urgent Care @ Mauzy Phillips was 2+ hr wait and they are unorganized. Made an appointment online with Mercy Urgent, showed up, was seen by John (excellent PA) and out the door in under 30 mins. Definitely worth the 20 min drive.

I brought in my 10 month old with what I believed to be an ear infection today. Geri was so kind and gentle with her. She was quick during the swabs that we decided to perform as well. My daughter had some additional things going on that they were unable to assess at this facility but Geri went over and beyond to come up with a treatment plan to address all her needs. I am very appreciative and pleased.

Mercy Urgent Care in Burnsville did a great job diagnosing and treating my illness. The visit was not rushed and the staff all behaved in a caring manner.

Extremely friendly and compassionate staff. I needed staples in my head and was out of there in.about an hour.

Excellent streamlined healthcare and wonderful staff that actually care about you. This is exactly how our healthcare system should be! Very pleased with my visit and would not hesitate in the least to return for future issues.

Both visits this week, initial injury visit Tuesday and re-check today, were great experiences. Prompt, professional, and caring staff took great care of my lacerated thumb. The only slight complaint was the woman at the front desk was not as nice as the rest of the wonderful staff, but I'm still giving 5 stars!

Normally my visits are very good however my treatment of strep throat was well below the standards
Of care. Then everyone blames everyone else. They’re bottom line: go to emergency room.

Was seen quickly, and the nurse that that was provider is amazing. She addressed my problem in the most kind and professional manner. I can't tell you how grateful I am that we have an urgent care facility in our area.
