Several months ago we moved all of our insurance policies to Paul Rathkamp American Family Insurance Agency. We worked with Holly who reviewed our policies to ensure all of our insurance needs were met, she also found ways to save on our policies which really helps since my husband and I are both retired. Several weeks ago we wanted to add an option to our home owner policy and called Holly. We were not familiar with specifics of the additional option and Holly was able to explain everything to us which gave us great peace of mind. I highly recommend Holly and Paul for all of your insurance needs, they are great to work with and I feel confident that my insurance will cover any problems we may have in the future. I had a very positive experience with my agent Holly and with AmFam after my two-year-old flooded our second floor with the bathroom sink. I initially emailed her to see what my options were and she opened a claim for me within the hour, called me up, explained everything to me, and even offered local businesses who could come start cleanup. The adjuster was at my house within three days to assess the damage and issue a check to make us whole again. The entire experience with AmFam was frictionless and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
