The process to schedule an appointment was very simple and the owner, Rusty, was the technician on call. He was efficient, kind, and flexible. When we ran into unexpected issues with our plumbing, he was able to quickly solve the problem and still be fair and reasonably priced. He explained the entire process anytime I had questions. Highly recommend!

The service was outstanding. We had a leak in the hot water piping under our house. Anthony came out on Sunday, when he said, quickly found the problem, and efficiently repaired it. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. An absolute 5 star experience!

After 2 years of dealing with my AC it finally kicked the bucket. I have dealt with Plumbing in Pink for some plumbing. The employees that come out are professional and personal. All I had to do is make that one call and two days later my unit was in and no more worries. Dale and Colby that came out to do my AC installment were very proficient. Thank you for the great service!!!

I made an early phone call for help. Rusty answered the phone and was very polite. He scheduled up a time for me which was convenient for me. He showed up on time was very thorough. Gave us several options and completed the job. Very pleased with their work and I would definitely call them again on any plumbing and HVAC. I will definitely refer them to others in my neighborhood and community.

I had a $479.00 water bill and was totally shocked. Unaware that I had leaks that could be the main cause. Plumbing in Pink found my problem fast and sufficiently. Rusty explained the process and gave a couple of options so I would feel comfortable with my decisions. He was patient and professional. I would recommend Plumbing in Pink because they are reliable, thorough and gave me an exceptional service experience.

These folks are Crazy GOOD!!My go to plummer!! The “pink men” are super polite, professional and definitely know how to solve problems until they are corrected. And are careful to do everything up to code.
And did I mention how fast they responded? CRAZY FAST! Had a leaky water heater that had lived it’s life and was leaking … brand new one installed within 24 hours!! Plus Laura in office helped me get approval with my home warRantee company so it hardly cost me anything out of pocket!! And Rusty the owner of company very competent and friendly to boot.. explained everything really well. Answered all my questions !

And besides who wouldn’t want a pink truck parked in front of their house advertising plumbing!!🤣🤣l

Rusty, Cody, and Trevor were true professionals. They provided not only timely response, but fast quality work. All of this without breaking the bank. The cost of this fix was not cheap, but Plumbing in Pink was half the cost of the other companies that quoted the job. So half the cost, and five star quality and professionalism. I’ll take that any day. Thanks Rusty and crew at Plumbing in Pink for everything. Highly recommend using them for all your plumbing needs.

Just got my leech fields replaced with plumbing in the pink. My septic tank had a fault but these guys came out and writhing 5-7 days it was all resolved . They ran through all the various checks on my plumbing and pipes and sadly for me it was a costly issue but couldn’t be happier with the job they did and will always trust this company with my plumbing and HVAC needs. They couldn’t do more for their customers.

I currently live in Charleston, but still on the house that my mother grew up in located in Greenville. We rent the house out and we have a property manager. The residence advised after the huge rainstorm on 01/09 that they were no longer receiving heat through the vents. The property manager sent out their HVAC company who advised that the crawlspace was flooded and that the ductwork had been inundated with the water and would all need to be replaced. I reached out to Plumbing in Pink for a second opinion. When I called the office, they advised that their technician Cody could come out the following day. When he went out, he discovered that the ductwork was indeed not flooded with water and did not need to be replaced. Instead of spending thousands of dollars I ended up paying for a service visit. Moving forward any of my plumbing/HVAC needs will be serviced by plumbing in Pink. Thanks to Laurie in the office, Cody in the field and Rusty behind the scenes for running an honest operation.

I needed a utility sink installed inside a unit where there was no water or drainage. But there was on the other side of the wall. I got a few other quotes from nearby competitors and I got some very expensive and unsure quotes like “it’s complicated and this job will take me all day” “might be a few hundred more depending on ...” but when plumbers in pink came out. Gave me a quote for almost half the price. Had the job done in 2-3 hours and I payed what I got quoted on. This was about a month ago. Since then the job they did is still working perfectly and no leaks. They’re honest and charged a fair price. Highly recommend

We had 250 feet of main water line replaced and a tankless water heater installed.
The professional and polite actions of everyone who worked on the job was refreshing! Top notch group of technicians. The quick and detailed response to a minor follow-up issue made us even more sure that we had selected the right company to do business with.
When we need plumbing or HVAC services in the future, this is who we will call first!!

My hot water went bye bye, and my wife and daugher's were not happy. Neither was I when I took my morning shower.

I've had hit or miss luck with Plumbing companies. Some have been great, some unresponsive and not very good. This time I wanted to go with a company that's responsive, been around a while and can service what they sell. So, after much research I decided to give Plumbing in Pink a call.

1. They have someone that answers the phone. No voicemail. Big win. I usually just hang up if I get a voicemail.

2. Polite on the phone and the person who came out was extremely nice and not pushy. I knew our hot water heater (tank) was old and needed replaced. He didn't push a replacement, he simply showed me the issues. I had already decided before even calling that I was going to go tankless.

3. They use texting in a professional manor. I often prefer email or text because I block unknown callers on my phone.

4. While not the least expensive, they are authorized to sell and install the units they sell. I went with what is considered one of the best, a Navien. Being authorized, they can handle warranty service. If a person installs one on their own (which i'm not going to lie, would save a ton), they are also on their own when it comes to warranty. Being Natural Gas and Water, I don't play games. Have a professional do it.

5. Installation was clean, professional and exactly as I requested. I didn't really want it under the house again (crawl space), and the fact you must flush a tankless heater about once a year, I wanted easy access. Done. Not only is it mounted for ease of access outside of the house, it is white like my house and thus is not an eye sore. The other brands, while rated pretty well are rather industrial looking and ugly.

6. No problems paying with my CC. I would have paid cash if they would have offered about 3% cash discount. So instead just used the CC and got a smaller cash back on that (then pay it off immediately.). Tank + installation was $3800 + $69 dispatch + taxes. This is a bit on the high end for a unit of this size, but like I said. I want it done RIGHT the first time.

7. Plumber/Installer was very professional and knew his stuff. Everything has the polish of professionalism. You get what you pay for.

Summary:
Use Plumbing in Pink if you aren't just going for a low price. Use them if you want quality work at a fair price. Just remember, they actually answer their phones and show up on time. I will use them for my plumbing needs now and in the future. Thank you.

I just bought a new home and there were a few changes/repairs I needed to make. Laura in the office was warm, friendly and worked with me to make my appointment- SUPER easy. Patrick my technician arrived- on time and SO very helpful. He walked me through all my concerns and took care of each item. He listened, advised and made it happen quickly and efficiently. I use Plumbing in Pink for all my plumbing needs and for my elderly parents who live down the street. Thank you for responding quickly and taking care of my toilet, shower and kitchen sink!!!

Rusty and his team were absolutely fantastic. I’ve been using installers and service providers on my homes for almost 30 years and the Pink team were head and shoulders above anyone that I’ve ever used. If you want great service, great personal touch, great installers and great pricing…you’ve found the best!
