My rating is for Jacob, as an employee and customer sevcier provider, he was excellent!!!! Have not yet visited the unit. Just booked a reservation.

Sonya and Terry were absolutely fantastic with there service today. I will definitely recommend Public Storage to my friends!

We were very pleased with the Public Storage location at 290 Rocky Crerk Toad in Greenville, SC. Rachael was extremely helpful and wonderful to deal with . So was Genie. We highly recommend this Public Storage location!

Sonya was great!! She was very professional, courteous, and helpful. The faculty was clean the office was organized. Great experience!! I will definitely use Public Storage and all my storage needs in the future and will definitely tell all my friends and family to us then also!

Sonya at the McAlister Rd location was awesome. She returned my phone call in a timely matter,And when I went to look at my storage unit she walked me through every step. The process was easy and we were done in minutes. She even showed me how to use the key pads, explained everything as we looked at the unit. Thank you Sonya for being so helpful.

Update: It's a year later and we're moving again. We're actually gonna' miss Sonya -- and this excellent storage facility. She's been especially professional and helpful all year long. On every visit, the facility has remained clean, bright, secure. Convenient location, too.

Nicole and Sonya were extremely helpful. Promptly finished paperwork for my 2nd unit, thoroughly explained details, thing to know, etc.... Thereafter; I was quickly able to start unloading. Great service and a clean facility.

I arrived and not only was she beyond welcoming she proved that she wears the captain hat. From the short time I was on the property I watched as this young lady operated U-Haul trucks parking and returns, explaining contracts, while taking a payment so no one waited a lengthy time frame. She was doing this all on her own! Thank You Rasheeda for the wonderful , accurate & fast service!

Dianne and Jacob were very helpful, friendly, and professional. We ended up getting the perfect sized unit at their recommendation. They gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. Highly recommend these 2 and this location.

Diane first helped us with acquiring our storage unit. She was extremely helpful, kind, and thorough. She was encouraging me to rethink my decision to go to another unit because of the management of the units in that building. I told her that’s was going to check out the other storage company’s facility but didn’t make it because I’d read the reviews. I came back to Diane’s surprise. I could tell that she was concerned about the upkeep of our unit with another storage company Diane is personable, friendly, and kind. I’d recommend the PS on Mcalister in Greenville. Even a current renter encouraged me about my decision to choose that particular location. Thanks, Diane!

Ang will absolutely leave you smiling not only because of the satisfaction you will experience due to her product knowledge and services, also she is a barrel of laughs. The price change was very affordable; truly amazing. Thanks! Sonya believes in the Golden Rule (Treat others how you expect to be treated), she took that to another level. I absolutely love to stop in just to say hi because of the warmth and love flowing from her voice. I thought that Chick-fil-a Corporations are the only "My pleasure" people. Even they can take a few notes from this particular Public Storage location. It is so nice to gradually see sincere customer service like this I love it!

Sonya and the team at Public Storage McAlister Rd could not have done more to help with my recent move. Sonya showed me the unit, explained how to sign up, and made packing recommendations. She was there with a smile and offers of help each time I went over. And she came to my rescue a couple times when I needed something. Thank you for making things easier!

I went to go look at a unit, because I am moving into a new place. The service was exceptional, Sonya was very friendly and went out of her way to help me find what I needed. Great price, and clean. I would definitely recommend.
