Comfort Inn & Suites

The suite was great having a room with a sofa-bed and a door separating it from the main room. The shower head was nice. Lots of hot water. They have an elevator, even though the Choice Hotels web site didn't list it.

The stay was alright, but the main desk lady was amazing. She was extremely accommodating and patiently answered all of my team's questions regarding the surrounding area. The room(s) weren't what we expected but the stay was indeed nice thanks to proper customer service. Would recommend only if given a hostess such as April.

This was a very cheap and beautiful place to stay in. It had a very homey vibe and beautiful decor. The pillows were fluffy and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast also wasn't bad. It was all very clean and I think considering the price, it was a very nice place yo stay in.

Staff and Managers were excellent!!❤ Helped us greatly. Very friendly. Rooms were clean and neat. Room service for house calls were fast! I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!!!

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were great. Beds were comfortable. James at the front desk was so welcoming as soon as we came through the door. Will definitely stay again ❤

My wife and I have stayed at this location twice in the last three months. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and the front desk member Parker was very helpful and got us what we needed. Will most definitely stay again.

Very clean room. Friendly staff at check in as well as check out the next morning. The night front desk lady even loaned me a phone charger from lost and found. I stay in motels on avg 4-5 nights a week with my job, I always try to find Comfort Inns. This one in Cleveland, Tn was right at the top with cleanest and friendly staff. I did not see one trace of a bug of any kind, and I do search for bed bugs as soon a I check in. I will be staying here again next I pass thru.

Although it is in need of updates, our room was very comfortable and every member of the staff that we came in contact with went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Price wise, it was very fair...did not gouge us like surrounding hotels were doing.

Me and my wife stopped there on 4-14-18 around 11 pm told the woman at desk that im a choices hotel member the best was 109.00 but i checked on line in the parking lot it showed 99.00 so i was so tired we just wanted to sleep. Around 3 am I heard a noise it was the toilet was refilling it self up and I notice the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the roomed smelled. The next morning I told the ladie at the front desk, and she said ok what room #. I always book my room for travel so we can stay in a comfort suite. This is the second time a bathroom toilet was a issue. I hope everyone sees this post for now on im will be staying in a Hampton inn which I get government discounts i wont rate thus He'll Hole.

Nice, clean and accommodating rooms with fridge, microwave, ironing board set, hair dryer, etc. Beds are super comfortable. Check in staff and breakfast stead very friendly. Enjoyed my stay!

They just remodelled this hotel and it looks great. Apparently there's new management here too.

Our stay was great, the people were nice and we slept like babies.

The GM spoke to us at breakfast even. We'll be back.

Very clean and our king bed slept great! Staff was professional and friendly. Grab & Go breakfast of coffee, juice, muffins & sausage biscuit sandwiches.

Great, comfy clean rooms. It is in an ideal location. Plus, they allow me to park my truck there. Couldn't ask for me. And Cara is amazing :)

Omg. This place is very nice and clean. The staff is very polite. Second time staying here this month alone. I love love love how comfortable the beds are and the pillows are just as great.

I was in an auto accident on Valentine's Day and the staff was so accommodating. I have never had a better experience with any hotel and I stay in hotels 200 plus days a year. Best hotel by far...Highly Recommended!!!!!!! Chris Johnson
