St Francis Eastside Medical

I love this hospital! I spent some time in the ER recently and had an awesome experience. Treated the way you would want family treated. ER doc was great. Also had a loved one here recently and although the wait was a little longer ( which is normal for an ER when they are prioritizing who gets seen first due to symptoms/treatment, etc.) he was also treated extremely well, professionally and with kindness and respect. THE CARE IS EXCELLENT!!!

I had the absolute best experience (other than a small hiccup) . From triage to mom/infant I had the best nurses, and staff (housekeeping and dining were incredibly sweet as well) . They answered all my questions, took the best care of me and the NICU was absolutely amazing to my baby girl. I had never been to this hospital before and we went out on a limb when I was having complications and while they had none of my medical information or history they took the best care of me!!! Shout out to Andrea from Mom/Infant and Casey from L&D , and Dr. Miller and nurse Cathy from the NCU. Mariana and I are doing super well, we wouldn’t be here without y’all! WILL DEFINITELY come back if I ever decide to have another baby. They treat you with respect, and love I’ve never experienced at any other hospital in the area. They took my concerns seriously, every other doctor had told me my headache would go away and I’d be fine and it was okay if my daughter wasn’t moving but it didn’t and it wasn’t and I’m glad everyone here took us seriously, figured out what was wrong with us and fixed it. It’s scary to think I could’ve lost my baby girl if I hadn’t tried this hospital.

Patients are well cared for...honestly!!!

Be very careful going to this particular hospital..I went there with chest pain and severe sweating..was told to sit in the waiting and wait..I have a history of heart disease..I waited 15 mins..in pain..no help from anybody just nurse's arguing in the back..left and went to spartanburg regional where I had to have a quadruple bypass..spartanburg saved my life..and st.francis didn't give a damn..just sit down in the lobby and wait. .they will let u die here ..BEWARE PEOPLE THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS public
