The facility is clean, feels safe, and it’s easily accessible with accessible amenities to borrow when you’re moving in like blankets, appliance dollies, and small tools. The convenience of a UHaul rental on site is an added bonus! The customer service and attention to detail given by Hunter cannot be expressed sufficiently in words. It is the first time I’ve used a storage facility and I had so many questions. Hunter answered every question and advised me with patience and showed genuine concern that my storage needs were met without any attempt to oversell. I recently visited this facility. Hunter greeted my wife and I right away. The jazz music playing in the background was warm and inviting. Their office is quite spotless. The merchandise is well organized on the wall so you can walk right in and choose what you need. I ended up not needing the unit at the moment but I will defiantly rent here when I am ready. Hunter was so bubbly which made our experience spectacular. Great job Hunter and Michelle!

Hunter was extremely nice! We had the best experience with her! She made our uhaul experience move by so swiftly. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes! I would recommend everyone come here for all of their moving needs.

I had a great experience renting a uHaul truck from this location. The online reservation process was easy. When my planned pickup time was delayed, I called and asked if I could pickup the truck later in the day. Hunter accommodated my request without hesitation. When I arrived for pickup, Hunter was very welcoming and made the check-in process smooth. The facility was extremely clean and well updated - very modern feel to it. Hunter had keys in my hand within five minutes, and I went right back to the truck. When I needed to put a dolly in the back of the truck, Hunter happily did it for me so that I could stay in the cab. For any future moving needs, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Hunter and this location.

We just moved from Chicago to Greenville and couldn't be happier with the service we got from Hunter at Space Shop. My wife and I had read the reviews and were both impressed by how many people were talking about how helpful Hunter was in getting everything setup. I can honestly say, they were correct. She is an absolute gem! The site is easily accessible for large moving trucks and they had extra blankets available to purchase to allow us to squeeze everything we had into a 10x10. I can't complain about anything!

We have had a storage unit with Space Shop Storage in Greenville SC for several years. Space Shop has kept our storage items secure and even spray for bugs so our treasures don't get all junky! They are quick to answer through phone and email and are always very pleasant to work with. We recently cleaned out the storage as we didn't have a need for a unit anymore. Space Shop did not give us any hassle about vacating our unit but instead were happy to help us make it a quick and easy process. You have to love no hassle! Hunter and her team are wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone.
