I thought this place was a hoax, because of the prices of their vehicles being so much cheaper than the other dealers, but they definitely aren’t! I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I wasn’t pressured to do anything or treated like a number. They had the car I was looking at ready to go before I even got there waiting on me. Rick was the one that helped us, and he was knowledgeable and didn’t leave us sitting around for hours while he drew up our paperwork. Overall everything was great here!

Got my new (to me) 2018 Fusion SE Luxury at Echo Park Greenville today. Don was fantastic and got me a much better interest rate than I had originally been offered, Matt did a great job going through all the paperwork with me and getting everything ready for me to drive away. This is my second Echo Park purchase but first from Greenville. I would absolutely recommend Echo Park for your next pre-owned car purchase.

My experience purchasing a car from EchoPark Greenville was AMAZING! I shopped around a lot and found that today's market is challenging in terms of selection and price. I found the exact car I wanted for my son because of it's safety ratings and incredible hybrid gas mileage. Echo's price was $3,000-$4,000 less than Carmax, Carvana and some independent dealers and the Echo car offered more luxurious features in comparison. The car I wanted was at an EchoPark location in Texas. I had it transferred to the Echo Greenville location and it only took one week to arrive. The shipping cost was quite low considering the high cost of gas right now. Karen Westervelt assisted me from start to finish. She was so patient and helpful. She went the extra mile and then some to ensure my family was happy with our purchase. I have purchased cars in the past, but I have never received the superior level of service Karen provided. She was INCREDIBLE! My car buying process with Echo was so great that I will only buy an Echo car in the future. I know I will get a great price on a car with low miles and will be treated like family. I feel great knowing my son is in a safe car and he absolutely loves the vehicle. Enjoyed a great experience with the Greenville team. My initial contact was with Jesse, who provided all the details necessary and used a consultative approach as a sales technique. There was zero pressure to come to the showroom and take a test drive, or to purchase the car right that minute. Truly professional. He provided an out the door price and emailed it to me, including all applicable taxes.
I conducted some research about Echo Park and on similar vehicles (Lexus IS300) in the area, and the price offered by the Echo Park team could not be beat.
I purchased the vehicle, and it needed to be delivered from their Tennessee location to Greenville. The vehicle arrived on the day and time that it was promised, and they detailed it prior to me taking possession. As I had not yet physically driven the car, they gave me the keys and said to take it for a ride, and if I didn't want it for any reason, I could just walk away, no questions asked. Well, the car did not disappoint and delivered exactly as expected. I did finance a part of the price, and the paperwork was ready and waiting for me when I arrived to pick up the car. (also, they provided a very fair price for my trade). All in all, the entire process took under an hour.
There were no hidden fees or surprises, and the quoted price was firm and solid.
This is the type of experience (no stress) that every car seller should employ. Strongly recommend them for any car purchase.

We agreed to terms with a vehicle in their inventory that was out of state. I was provided detailed pictures of vehicle as requested. The salesman out of the Charlotte location maintained communication and was a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to find me exactly what I was looking for. Alec from Echo Park was one of the most kindest of gentlemen. I know absolutely nothing about cars and he went above and beyond to help me. He explained everyone of my questions. He had patience while I drove multiple cars. He even helped me to get home since I only had a permit. I would recommend Echo Park 1000 times over. The people here are just blessed with kindness and compassion!! Plus they know those car stuff!

Best buying experience for the purchase of a car in 30 years. What a buying experience. It was seamless and we were very well taken care of with kindness and efficiency. The vehicle is mint, they even went out of the way and put 4 new Pirelli Tires on the car after a 190 point inspection. I will definitely come back for my next purchase.

Chris & Don were extremely helpful & very patient with me! I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions. Chris was very insightful & provided thorough responses to any of my questions.

The only thing I would change is having Echo Park accept financing through all banks. They only work with organizations they’re partnered with — check their website. I had a pending application with my credit union with ~5% interest rate & was offered ~7% interest rate through Wells Fargo with Echo Park (which both are pretty outrageous, but these are the times we live in). I took the offer with Wells Fargo because I loved the car and plan to pay off early, but if you’re in it for the long haul it’s something to consider.

Despite all of that, their cars are definitely worth looking into and are priced very well. Just remember to filter to your specific Echo Park location because they also charge fees to transfer vehicles — which I also think should be free. Lol. But hey, there’s a charge for everything these days.

Overall — great place, great people, great experience.

Great experience. From initially reaching out about the vehicle, through to delivery and picking up the car. Drove from Knoxville and Randy picked me up at the local airport. Car was pristine as promised, took a quick test drive, then went inside (everyone was wearing masks thankfully) to sign papers and I was on my way back to Knoxville in my new ride. Absolutely flawless transaction from beginning to end. Thanks Jesse and Randy!
