Wonderful and helpful

I have had a similar experience to Dillon's. The receptionist is the WORST!... EXTREMELY RUDE....and when I email or call, I never get a response. And when someone does answer my question, I don't ever get a straight answer. And they're never wrong! I too received several letters and notices from the IRS saying I owe when I was told that I would get a large refund. When I asked what's going on, I didn't get a call back for awhile....and when I did, he talked in circles and couldn't tell me why I wasn't getting the money that he said I would. I absolutely do not recommend them.

If I could leave a negative Review I would I went to this place to file my taxes for the year of 2023 it's now January 11th of 2024 an I have gotten nothing but irs notices an my business accounts are on hold I call them daily they just say they will call me back place is an absolute joke I hope no one ever has to deal with what I'm dealing with it's a nightmare!

My husband and I came here off of a recommendation from a friend. We usually file on our own but we wanted help for our first year of marriage. I should have turned around and walked out after the first meeting. We had questions about the tax laws in regards to my husband's student loans which were not answered fully or in a way that made sense.

All of our information was turned in as of February 10th, however, our taxes were not worked on until March 6th and I had to call twice. The first time I left a message and was told I was going to be called back; which never happened. The second time I got ahold of our accountant and was told they were on his list for "either today or tomorrow". I was not called to pick up the information until March 15th; and I was also never disclosed the fee for doing our taxes until I went to pick them up.

Now here we are, April 12th (5 days before taxes are due) and we were called only on April 9th to tell us they have had multiple problems filing due to my husband's name. Why were we not notified the first time? My husband was told that he would need to pick up more paperwork on Tuesday; when he showed up at the office today (Thursday) he was told that the papers were not printed or compiled and it would be at least and hour and a half before he could get them.

No lo recomiendo fui hacer mis taxes le di todo los documentos se tardaron más de dos semanas en terminar mis taxes estaba esperando el rembolso me llego en cheque yo le di toda la información del banco para el depósito directo y no lo puso llame para decirle y me dicen que se les olvidó no vuelvo hacer mis taxes en este lugar 😡
