Game X Change Wichita Falls

I moved here a year and a half ago and Bryant has been the best associate to my brother and I. We shop here almost every week and Bryant is just an awesome dude who answers all questions we have, builds conversations with us, and helps us find things we want or need. He’s a true friend of ours and is my number one reason I shop here instead of anywhere else. Thanks for being the best in town.

Always good to go. Find movies I've always loved and forgot. Kinda reminds me of going to blockbuster with my dad. kids can find the games they like and new ones. Staff are always friendly and down to earth.

Place is a hidden gem for Gunpla enthusiasts, very broad selection with more then fair pricing.

#1 game store in town, friendly employees who greet you as you walk in and answer all your questions for you.

Probably the best place in town to get any video games. If you're looking for some cheap games, you found the place to go.

You could already find a game for just about any console here, but they stepped up there game with some new product's

Nice little place. Came in on Friday to visit from over the Red River with my husband. The guy working there was super friendly and helpful. I have social anxiety pretty bad, but I felt completely comfortable talking to him! Lots of fun stuff to look at, and I took home Fallout 3 for my old 360. Probably the only nice place we visited that day. :)

The workers in here are awesome. I love how patient they are with my 8 yr old. None of them have ever had a problem answering his questions, giving him "secret tips", showing him games etc on all of his platforms...from his wii to xbox to ps3...

A guy was talking to me who made me uncomfortable and a cashier from behind the counter winked at me and we continued making eye contact, referencing that she was making sure I was okay. When I walked away from the guy and ended the conversation she came over and asked me if I was okay. She was so sweet. It means a lot when people look out for other people. I was indeed uncomfortable and felt so safe that an employee was looking out for me. 🤍

It's always a pleasure coming here. From games I loved and played as a kid to newer releases, they have a huge selection to buy. Most movies are buy 2 get 1, which is a great deal to me. The staff is friendly and actually have personalities unlike most other game stores. I can't recommend this place enough. They recently remodeled adding card games and snacks.

Excellent store, and clean with a great selection of not only games for various platforms, but DVDs as well. The staff was very helpful, and everything I was looking for was on sale. Stop by and check this place out!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of different things you can get, retro games and consoles, anime/comic merch, figurines and accessories, Blu-Ray and DVD movies, etc. A great place to browse around and the best place in town to get some Gunpla model kits.

Ryan and all the staff here are always so helpful with questions I have about the games and systems my grandkids are using.

The staff was great when we went in to purchase controllers for the Wii and when I couldn't get them to connect, Liz offered to connect them for me. I returned with the Wii and controllers and Liz connected each one for me.

The selection of games is surprisingly diverse, and the staff are always kind and professional. The anime book selection is legit as well. They have some of my kid's favorite titles. Great place.

Very good store! I've been coming here since I have moved to Wichita Falls bc of the great staff and the great selection of movies and games. Everything is fairly priced and they have a lot of stock. This store really stands out to me because of the deals that are always going on and the helpfulness of the staff

If you are in the Witchita Falls, TX area and you are looking for anything associated with gaming, this is the place to stop. The store is clean, well organized, and the employees were friendly and helpful. They carry games and accessories for every gaming console new and old, card games, collectibles, t-shirts, and many other items. Quite possibly the best store I have ever seen handling the video game exchange business!

I needed a special cable for my Desktop. They explained there were some different possibilities that may are may not work. I appreciate the honesty and integrity they shown by not just saying “Here you go good luck” . They are a customer service seminar if you haven’t been to one lately. Go check it out.
