Ordered two more custom white blinds and was helped by the lady that takes care ordering of these blinds. She dug through the files and found my previous order! This made it so simple because all the info was listed on the file from several years back! Very knowledgeable in what she does. It was a pleasure to work with her. Thank you for your expert help!!

I really like our local JCPenney's. To me they always have a great selection of items. They have recently added furniture and household items such as refrigerators, washing machines and dryers. I always have good customer service. I order something online and have to return it they are wonderful about making sure the order gets returned and returned correctly. I always find something I like it our Penney's! It's not too crowded and they keep it clean.

This store is always clean and the employees are very friendly. And their prices are very fair.
