Most recent Update : I haven't had any issues since. The employees are always courteous and the store is always clean and organized.

I am updating my review because of the timely response from United. I really like this United. The employees are friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the store is always superb. The only issue I have ever had is the one described below. I am a frequent shopper. Thank you, United, for being great, again!

Review for the Jacksboro Hwy United:
The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because of price mix-ups. There were a couple of items on sale, but they rang up at regular price. I waited over 15 minutes while they sent two different employees at two separate times to go check the signs. The first employee they sent never came back. The items were in the sale ad that they had sitting at the register. I do understand they make mistakes, but three days later, these same items were still ringing up as regular price when they were still on sale. Watch for sale items to make sure you're getting them for the sale price!

I love United they always have such a clean and organized store not to mention the best produce and meat selections. I would highly recommend visiting the store you will not be sorry and I promise it will become you favorite grocery store to shop and if you are looking for quality meats and produce make them your first and only stop. I want to also thank United for all the support they give out to our community they sponsor so many of our organizations in the community that really makes an impact to families in need. I would highly recommend that you make a visit to one of there store you won't regret it.

Top notched food store in Wichita Falls, Texas. Always well staffed and ready to help. Especially like the drug store; they don't argue with you about your insurance or low-cost help. They are a little out of our way, but worth it. The produce is usually better than the BIG stores WM, etc.

The store is very well clean and very well stocked.
Inside the store is very welcoming.
The staff is super helpful and friendly.

Very nice & helpful. Everyone was very friendly & didn't mind showing where things were in store. Need more place like that.

I found sprays to make kids docile and mint spray for bugs. But I don't recommend harming kids lungs like that or with smoke. The best coffee and open all night when a city this size needs two more open all night so people can eat fresh fruits and vegetables and a loaf of whole grain bread that does not cost over one dollar for that is what is right in America. Feed your people America.

The bus stops are literally next to the supermarket which makes shopping even more convenient. Things are fairly priced, & I think I spent less there than I did at Walmart which is shocking. There are still a few things I'd prefer to get at Walmart, but overall I'm happy this building is so close.

United Supermarkets at this location is an older store. Well established. Clean and organized in appearance. This location has an seems old charm. The surrounding neighborhood is old and a bit rundown, but this store is kept nice and tidy.
There's plenty of staff to help, the cashiers have always treated me nice. As always, grocery bag carryout is part of this stores' standard practice. Tipping isn't allowed.
The grocery prices are competitive to the other stores in Wichita Falls. However, the competitors are Aldi, Walmart and Market Street. That's all we have in this small town.
United Market Street is a nice grocer to have.
Market Street and United are under the same Parent company, so competitive prices are arbitrary.

I like United Supermarket, I get all my money orders there it is still inexpensive.
The area, I feel comfortable being there even at night.
A pleasant environment, I just love this place this is the one that's over by the Kickapoo Airport.
The people/workers are nice and speaks to you.
I know were everything is in the store well all must.
Oh yes I get grocery there too.

Young man (josh) was upbeat and so friendly when checking out last Sunday. These are the kind of employees United needs to keep as long as possible.keep up the great work!

Like this store better than Market place. That store makes you feel like you're going to be killed in parking lot.

This one is laid back and drivers respect everyone. Just wish marketing would understand we like the same variety that Market Place has. ...

The staff at United is always friendly, professional and helpful. The meat is always stocked and fresh, same with the produce dept. My favorite store for shopping

I love this store and when the new one opens, it will be even more conventional for me. United is always clean. Staff is friendly and ready to help. They never act like you are an inconvenience for them. And I feel like I am supporting local business when I shop there.

Its the only market in Wichita Falls that stay open for 24 hours, got a midnight craving for a big snake but there's nothing open anymore around this time of the hour, sometimes it takes a bit longer than usual to find the best deal. Not only are you able to find what you want but you have the entire supermarket to yourself, oh by the way you also don't have to worry about parking space, it's just the best way to go shopping without any hassle, and lastly no check out line. AWESOME way to go shopping, your very own personal Supermarket. 👍

I have been going to the United on jacksboro highway for many many years and every time I go in there they are always so friendly they take my items and put them in the car for me and they're just so sweet I love their meats and their vegetables they're all still fresh I wouldn't chop they definitely are five Stars pocket give them more I would keep up the good work.

The store is a spin off of the Albertsons in Dallas. Very nicely done. I was there with my daughter. I will be going back. Prices are also decent.

Best place to shop without the crowds. Nice folks.

United is my grocery store of choice. Been going here for years, and many have become friends.
