Had a favorite liquor of mine that was 1.50 cheaper than normal. 5% off for military (veteran included) & another 5% off paying cash & 5% off for senior citizens. Huge assortment & all employees were exemplary.

Quick stop to get some supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection and expected prices. The staff was super friendly and helpful for checking stock, pulling product and being pleasant throughout the experience.

Driving by, thought this place was a sub-par Best Buy. Then realized it wine and spirits. Spec's offers an amazing selection, you want it, they probably have it. Picked up a nice top shelf bottle of Graham's 20 year Tawny Porto wine. Bonus, they offer a military discount.

Love the selection they had. Only thing I wish they had was the Southern Comfort egg nog. That was my favorite.

The staff is friendly and easy to talk with.

I was looking for bourbon and got to look at the store picks. They looked up other alcohols I was interested in and showed me locations where I could find them.

This store did have blantons yesterday. If I had only got there sooner.

They have a decent assortment of alcohols. They do have a military discount.

Just start a simple conversation with them and be friendly and they'll help you and possibly show you things you weren't expecting.

Respect and being courteous goes a long way.

I sure wish our liquor stores in Virginia (state-owned and operated VA Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control, aka ABC stores) were like this one! The selection all under one roof is tremendous!

In and out cheapest place to get any kind of liquor.... I do t drink but my wife loves Vodka

Looking for a specialty bourbon while visiting in town. Excellent customer service and superb selection. As a fan of Garrison Brothers bourbon I was surprised to see they had a string inventory which included Balmorhea AND Guadalupe. Both are very hard to find. Great store!

Incredible staff! Knowledge surrounding the selection of cigars was impressive.
There was a sad basket of limes by the checkout. When she saw me checking them out to find a good one, she took the basket and directed me to an adjacent counter where there was a basket of fresh ones. That's just pride in doing your job the best way that you can! Nice job Specs, Wichita Falls, TX!

Pleased to add another Specs to our list of visited store. We found this location to well stocked, with a wide selection of skirts. Pricing was very competitive. One of the Specs traditions you find in all there stores was the friendly and helpful staff.

They have anything and everything you're looking for. Helpful and courteous.

Obviously, Spec's has great selection and pricing, but they also have attentive service as well. We were looking for a particular product when a sales person (pardon my ignorance of what to call an employee) asked if he could help us. We told him what we were looking for, he said he'd check and get back to us. In a short time he came back to share what he found out, took my name and number, and told us he'd call when the product was available... great, obliging, friendly service!

They helped supply alcohol for our event. They did a great job, went the extra mile every step of the way and were very helpful. Even when we tried to return the kegs for the refund. We misplaced the receipt and the mangers spent who know how long going over all transactions. They called when it was found and let us return them for a full reimbursement, even a month after the event. Really really superior costumer service.

Greeted upon entering and offered help locating my items. I was in and out quickly and even assisted with an item that wasn't in stock in the size I wanted.

Was able to go directly to what I came for which was great because I was getting something I had never heard of for a retirement gift.
