Fresh N' Low

Made this beautiful green curry cocconut seafood delight with only groceries from Fresh N Low .

I went to Fresh N' Low to pick up some fruits to snack on. The young lady at the register was extremely pleasant. I decided to purchasing a tomato plant and a bell pepper plant, they were very healthy and were inexpensive to boot! I would find out after I made my purchase that I didn't pay enough for the items. So I went back in to make that correct and the young manager as well as the lady that rung my order up were very helpful understanding and just kind. When I'm back in Tennessee, Cleveland, I'll be visiting there again because of this service.

Always friendly. We love our little neighborhood market. And the fried chicken? Oy my goodness. So delicious.

Their chicken is so good. They hand-bread it and it is fresh. I bought a 12 piece family meal. The deli ladies were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy doing smaller grocery shopping trips here after I get off work. It's a relatively smaller grocery store, but they have most of anything you would need to whip up some dinner without committing to a bigger and long grocery trip. It's quick and I never have to wait in a line. The people are always very friendly. My 3-year-old enjoys coming here because they have "baby" shopping carts that I let him put the groceries in and check out. The prices are good, especially on drinks, and every typically will have a good deal on some kind of meat in bulk. However, do be aware that whatever the price is, they add 10% to it at checkout. I'm not sure why, but they have it posted on their wall to let customers know. That would be my only complaint with the store, but it's really not that big deal as long as you are aware of it.

Great place to get groceries... Plus they have the truck load meat sale... You can buy a whole cut of meat and they'll slice it up for free... Whatever thickness you prefer and pretty much whatever cut of steaks that you want... From N.Y. strips to T-bones and rib eyes... Boston butts, pork loins, ribs and so much more for a great price... Usually the way I get mine done I end up paying about $3-$4 a steak... And they will package it up how you want it... It's definitely a great place to check out... And while you're waiting for the butcher to get your meat ready stop by the deli and get some really good fried chicken with all kinds of fixins... Plus on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays they have pork chops on Monday and ribeye on Wednesday and catfish on Friday... With bake potatoes Monday and Wednesday... Food City has bought and taken over management of Fresh and Low now... It seems like everything is still being run the same way as the way it always has been as Fresh and Low... Plus ya can't forget about the deli and the excellent chicken that they sell with all the fixin's... The fresh and low on Paul Huff parkway will be closing and moving to a brand new food city that is being built on hwy. 60 ( Georgetown Rd.)

This store is alright. It is literally for convenience for me. They charge 10% at the register. It's close to my house, hardly ever busy and everyone is friendly. It's not bad, just pricey. I have also noticed out of date items here too. I really like the deli chicken and ribs. Nice for a quick dinner if you're busy. I'm not going to give them a bad review. They tell you about the 10%. They also had items like TP and paper towels when everyone else was out. Fresh and Low saves us country people a trip to town :).

I like this grocery store. Great people working here. A pretty good variety on products for smaller chain. Good prices on meat. Love the wings and other fried chicken at deli. They also have a Monday and Wednesday dinner deal, grilled steak dinner and grilled pork chop meal.

The deli bar is so good. We loved the chicken. The employee was very very helpful and patient with us. Her name was Liz. The lady deserves a raise.

We visited from out of town, and did not know what a Fresh N' Low was. It is basically a mix of Ollie's (for groceries) and United Grocery Outlet. They had some good prices for some things, and we did buy some things there. If we lived in the area, we would go back weekly.

Great staff and always very helpful just don't like the extra ten percent if you figure that into your total it's hard to save anything here other than that it's a good place to shop ✌

Some stores deserve a 5 star rating, because they always have that certain item you are looking for that others are out of. This store is that store! Very friendly employees and clean organized atmosphere. Big thanks to the employees that make it all possible!

Good housekeeping, store is always clean, organized. Great quality on meats and produce comparable pricing on dairy and canned goods. I shop here mainly for their meats but do buy produce and canned/ frozen goods from time to time.

It's very neat and nice everything is organized very nice people cashiers, manager and all. They also have a deli/and it is really great food.

Good sale prices! Love the truckload meat sale! Friendly staff! Manager in meat department was super helpful and cut my steaks perfectly....cashier was very sweet. Overall I always have a great experience!

As much as you could ask for a discount grocery store. Deli is top notch. Owned locally by the same people that own Cooke’s Food Store.

Amazing in store experience and stopped by the deli got some chicken and let me just say that chicken was so nice tender and juicy my son was literally licking the bones lol if I could I'd give yall 10 stars the staff was so friendly and they're very quick at getting their jobs taken care of

I love shopping at Fresh and low. They always have good specials and always has fresh produce. Please bring in some Healthy life wheat buns you have the bread

Not what you think you think you are getting a good deal but they charge extra on all your food it coast a lot more than cookes food store. At least at cookes you can earn reward points and get money to spend at the store. Not going to shop there any more sorry but that's just the way it is.

The store is I really neat store, I don't live in an area but I went in with a friend, just checking out prices and I'll have to say the store is well priced on their products at time of check out the cashier was exceptionally friendly and know her job I give you a five, clean oil price friendly staffed
